The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Everything is in a very good and well-maintained condition. When you enter the apartment, the breathtaking view from the balcony to the sea is immediately impressive. The center of Perros-Guirec, with restaurants and shopping, is not very far from the property. The city beach can be reached via stairs. Céline is a very pleasant host who always responded quickly to inquiries and also asked herself if everything worked or if everything was in order. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation (but a star off for the weather). I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

Accommodation as described, the location directly in the center of BINIC allows you to go eat or have a drink. We greatly enjoyed our stay to visit the pink granite coast which is located 45 minutes away by car.

This appartement and the proximity to the sea are excepional - wow! You wake up to the sound of the waves tarnsporting some small rocks from here to there, you look to the left with the view of Perros-Guirec and some boats sailing around, you take a look to your right and watch the islands ... amazing! It´s beautiful to have those big windows with some comfortable furnite inside and even on the balcony - to be honest, if I could exchange the scenery for our Austrian Alps: pleease, go ahead :-)

Ideal location to discover the beautiful Pink Granite Coast. The accommodation is very spacious, very clean, south-facing to enjoy a beautiful terrace. Free parking right next to the accommodation. Dominique is the perfect host, discreet and attentive.

We absolutely love the house and its beautiful surroundings – it truly feels like a happy place. The house itself is very comfortable, and the location is perfect for hikes and day trips. But the real highlight is simply spending time in the garden, enjoying a glass of wine or cider while watching the sea. It’s the perfect holiday home for anyone looking to slow down, unwind, and just breathe for a while.

A little cocoon of paradise at Marie's! It's peaceful, there's everything you need, the location is ideal for discovering the coast on foot, but also nearby by car. My dog was also able to enjoy the entire garden, and sniff out lots of rabbits on the Renote peninsula :) Marie remains discreet but available when needed. I will happily return

The place of Soizic is beautiful. We enjoyed the communication with Soizic: discreet and present. The natural environment was very refreshing, allowing for beautiful walks and beautiful discoveries. We left with a lot of ideas and desires. Gratitude!

excellent stay at "The View" with this magnificent view of the bay and aperitifs on the terrace accompanied by very good Sterec oysters and Loquemeau mussels, a delight and every evening a splendid sunset. What more could you ask for?

Our stay was simply perfect including the weather. We came over with our bikes to do some cycling, beautiful places to visit. Lovely little place right on the water. Great location. Very clean and well equipped. If the weather had been better we would’ve just spent the days in the garden or on the beach. Lovely local restaurant 2 min walk away. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway. Stayed with my partner, 10 yr old son and my parents and we all thought it was great. Fascinating watching the tide come in and out. Walked around the beach to the marina when the tide was out and swam when it was in. Perfect 10/10

Several tourist destinations less than 1 hour from the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio
