Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Perrache, Lyon

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce logement. Les personnes y sont accueillantes et à disposition du client si besoin. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit que ce soit pour sa propreté, ses équipements ou encore sa zone géographique (situé à quelques minutes de Lyon avec transport en commun à 200 mètres).

Meilleur endroit pour se reposer à quelques minutes de Lyon en bus. Le lieu est idéal, et la piscine fait tellement plaisir. Sylvie est une super hôte, très disponible, aux petits soins et avec plein de bonnes recommandations! On recommande à 600% !

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

L’appartement de Laure a sublimé notre séjour à Lyon. Les marches pour y accéder n’étaient pas un problème, et permettent d’accéder à un lieu d’une quiétude absolue avec une vue magnifique sur tout Lyon. Je recommande +++

Tôi đến đúng lúc gặp vợ chồng bác chủ nhà. Họ đã hỗ trợ tôi lấy chìa khoá và nhận phòng. Căn phòng nhỏ nhắn và rất dễ thương. Ấm áp và dễ chịu. Cô mèo nhỏ của chủ nhà đã ngủ cùng chúng tôi suốt buổi sáng. Cảm ơn rất nhiều.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement proposé par Roland et sa femme. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel avec pleins de petites attentions (serviettes, savon, café, sucre, condiments, transat etc). Le quartier est très calme (Auchan à 10/15 min à pied), bus à proximité. La piscine était très agréable. Le petit point à améliorer est juste sur le store qui recouvre la porte, il laisse entrer la lumière donc quand le soleil se lève, la pièce n'est plus dans le noir et difficile de se rendormir à titre personnel.

Out stay at this apartment in Lyon was simply perfect. It’s in a lovely location right next to the river Rhone with great views. It’s walkable distance to a fantastic supermarket and the museum of Confluence. There are also cool bars and restaurants nearby too. The apartment is spacious and clean with a lovely balcony and inside a gated section which felt very secure. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but really well served by buses, trams and trains with the Metro 10 minute walk away. We are a group of friends who stayed, but it’s equally suited for families with lots of facilities for young children. The communication from the host and instructions on how to get the keys and find the apartment and for departure were extremely clear also. All in all no complaints. Highly recommend. 🥰

Très bel appartement, bien situé : proche des transports en commun, calme la nuit, quartier tranquille. Rentrée sécurisée, place de parking très pratique ! Confort et cosy, canapé-lit convertible confortable, appartement fonctionnel.

Spacious, clean, well equipped apt with easy access to local tram & train station. Guillaume was one of the better hosts we have stayed with; proactive communication, checked in regularly, gave good local recommendations. Neighborhood was quiet at night and had amenities close by. Neighborhood wise this didn’t have old town charm, it was a little dreary to me, but the apt itself, space you get for the money and the great host easily made up for that. Would recommend or stay again if we come back.

Loved this airbnb. Lyon is a great city and the location of the apartment made it easy to explore various areas. Everything you need is very close by. Alain was super kind and helpful and a gracious host. The kitchen is very well equipped and would be a great kitchen to cook in if you have time. Highly recommended!

Séjour PARFAIT! Le logement est très beau, fonctionnel et très propre. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu l'occasion de profiter du rooftop étant donné les orages et la pluie! une prochaine fois j'espère car il est très bien aménagé! Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux, je recommande à 100%.

We had such a wonderful time at Stephanie’s apartment! It’s right in the center of Lyon making it the perfect place to explore the city. The apartment itself was very cozy and extremely clean. Even with the heatwave, Stephanie provided many fans that helped cool down the place. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cups for many coffees and snacks at home. Would HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful apartment!

I stayed in the apartment for a conference, so I was looking for a place within walking distance from the uni and some amenities like workspace and washing machine. For my purpose, this place was perfect. Just a quiet place to return back to. I like the neighbourhood, personal, local, not touristy, everything you need.

Great apartment for our travels, easy to get to from the train station and easy to travel to the airport from. Lots of great places nearby to eat and easy to walk around from to explore Lyon.

A good place to stay as a base for business trips or exploring Lyon – particularly suitable for solo travellers. It’s clean and functional, with everything you need, though not luxurious. Guests coming from overseas should be aware that the electrical sockets are quite old and may not always work well with modern adapters. That said, the building is solidly constructed, and the thick walls provide a peaceful environment with very little noise from neighbouring apartments.

I couldn’t recommend Julie’s apartment more- fabulous base for a trip to Lyon in a gorgeous part of town, very close to public transport. It’s comfortable, colourful and has an incredible vista. Seeing the lights at nighttime over the Basilica of Notre Dame of Fourvière is a stunning sight.
