I have been renting from Nydia for the last 2 years, and she has been consistently amazing to work with. The apartment is amazing just what we needed. The lobby staff friendly and professional. Loved the little marker just next to the lobby which holds a little bit of anything you may need.

I recommend this place 100%, very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, in addition to the very attentive hostess.

our stay here was everything and more!! House is probably best house on the street. The backyard was EVERYTHING!! The neighborhood, although looked sketchy at first look, actually was peaceful and quiet. NO PROBLEMS. If i were going to stay in the Carolina area again I'd stay here again....central to all the areas i needed to visit.

This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

Home is located very close to Palenque beach. It is under 10 mins walking to get to the beach and/or local restaurants. The home is very cozy with comfy beds and ACs. Host is extremely attentive and responsible.

Spacious and beautiful apartment, with all the amenities for a quiet and comfortable stay. With good parking and security at all hours. The area is very quiet, clean and close to everything. The esplanade is close by for a walk. Orlando accommodated us with some requests that we had in a comprehensive, flexible and friendly way. He was very respectful and helpful. I totally recommend it and we'll be back. Thank you very much!

This apartment is a wonderful location to explore the colonial zone. The dipping pool is perfect after a hot day of walking in the city. It’s very clean and relaxing.

I stayed at this air bnb for 3 weeks and I can honestly say I felt like I was at home. It was so clean when I got there, he made the access to the apartment easy and safe. His generosity, communication and attention was above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Dominican Republic. 5 Stars – The Perfect Stay in Santo Domingo! This apartment was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the comforts we needed—AC, strong Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and even a washer/dryer which was a huge plus. Edwardo was very responsive and even accommodated an early check in !! He also recommended us to BOBA which I wanted to pack in my luggage and bring her home with my family She cooked and cleaned for us & also kept my teens company Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, safe, and convenient place to stay in the city!
