The place where we settled helped us spend a few wonderful days in our beloved Thessaloniki! The apartment corresponds 100% to the description. It has everything you need even for a long stay. Everything is thought of, even the little things. Communication is easy and timely, as is the check-in process. All the main attractions, as well as shops, bakeries and restaurants are within walking distance. The Roman Forum area is our preferred place to stay. Next time, there is no hesitation where we will stay! We felt at home. Thank you!

Ωραίο κατάλυμμά, πολύ καθαρό και άνετο, με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια οικογένεια. Μεγάλο συν το ότι είχε παρκινγκ στην πυλωτή, δεδομένου ότι η περιοχή αντιμετωπίζει θέμα. Καταστήματα (όπως σούπερ μάρκετ, καφέ και όχι μόνο) είναι όλα σχεδόν δίπλα. Η Σωτηρία πολύ ευγενική, απαντούσε άμεσα στα μηνύματα μας. Μας υποδέχθηκε η ίδια, έχοντας στην κουζίνα μικρά σνακ για τα παιδιά και φρούτα, που ήταν πολύ ευγενικό εκ μέρους της . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Flat in an apartment house; well clean, furniture older but well kept. Super windows - no noise from the street at all + shades which make total dark. Kitchen equipped for decent cooking - enough dishes, cutlery & cookware. Very soft beds. The whole flat is like "living flat just people left with their personal belongings". Funny detail - bookcase full of Greek books and a box full of fashion magazines from the 1970s. Recommended!

Great for short term stay if you're going somewhere, everything is close , from mini markets to Shoping stores , if you have a car , several minutes and you're at the center of Thessaloniki.

Sofia's place is a great value, especially if you are new to Thessaloniki.Sofia's mum Ana Lily met me and check in went smoothly. The apartment is above a superb bakery, be sure to check it out! You can see the sea a block away between the buildings, and although the street is busy, it's not noisy in the bedrooms, even with the windows open, and with them closed and the (very good!) AC on, the apartment was silent.Navigation around the city was very easy, the locale is quite central and a ten minute walk from the White Tower, by way of reference. Amenities like groceries and restaurants are abundant and very close. The balcony is spacious, well shaded at all times of day, and was the highlight of my stay. It's even nicer than the pictures! I liked the kitschy decor, it was a refreshing departure from the anonymous decor common to hotels and many Airbnbs. Felt like staying at someone's Gran's house, but with the place all to yourself! I'd happily recommend choosing this place!

Ο Αιμίλιος είναι ένας εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης!Σαφής στις οδηγίες που μας έδωσε,κάνοντας την εμπειρία μας ακόμα πιο εύκολη.Η συνεννόηση μαζί του ήταν άψογη και άμεση!Το διαμέρισμα ακριβώς όπως περιγράφεται και απεικονίζεται στίς φωτογραφίες.Ζεστό νερό άμεσα και πολύ καλή θέρμανση.Καθαριότητα που συναντάς στο σπίτι σου.Εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα που χρειάζεται κάποιος.Γενικά μία άψογη διαμονή!

κανονικά θα έπρεπε να πω δεν μου άρεσε τίποτα για να βρω περισσότερες μέρες ελεύθερες του χρόνου. αλλά θα πω την αλήθεια λιτά κι απέριττα. ιδιαίτερο σπίτι και ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο.... πολύ επικοινωνιακός οικοδεσπότης και όλο το μεράκι που ήταν ζωγραφισμένο σε κάθε σημείο του σπιτιού σε κάνανε να μην θες να φύγεις ποτέ.... ένα σπίτι μικρό αλλά με πολλούς χαρακτήρες!!! από τη μια νησιώτικο στυλ και από την άλλη μια ρομαντική εξοχή.... αρκετά ωραίος φωτισμός και αρκετά Δροσερό.... ευχαριστούμε κύριε Τάσο... πρόταση για βελτίωση: να μπουν πορτουλες στα κάγκελα πριν τις σκάλες για να είναι πιο φιλόξενο σε παιδιά μέχρι τεσσάρων ετών που δεν περπατούν καλά!!

The house was very clean, perfect for 4 people. Very close to the beach, 10 min walking distance. We loved the garden. Host is very helpful and communication went very well and easy. Thank you

Εξωτερικοί οικοδεσπότες και πολύ φιλικό το περιβάλλον

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

Praktisches Haus mit toller Veranda - alles ist grün und bunt! Im Garten stehen diverse Spielgeräte und Spielzeug für die Kinder zur freien Verfügung. Der Garten ist umzäunt, es gibt einen lieben Hund, der sich gerne streicheln lässt. Helen ist stets vor Ort und immer ansprechbar, sie versorgt einen hin und wieder mit tollen Leckereien. Meine Mom hat gleich einen kleinen Kochlehrgang erhalten und meine 1,5 jährige Tochter war stets willkommen, wenn sie mal wieder eigenmächtig zu Helen ins Wohnhaus gelaufen ist :) Die Lage ist auch super, in 3 Minuten ist man fußläufig am Strand, Restaurants sind um die Ecke, auch wenn bei uns saisonbedingt noch nicht alles geöffnet war. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Nous vous avons passé un agréable séjour, l’endroit est très paisible et magnifique. avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous étions à trois minutes de la plage à pied. Il y a de quoi ce restaurer à cinq minutes de l’appartement. Nous étions à 30 minutes (ville thessalonique ) une voisine adorable qui nous a préparé des spécialités grecques incroyablement bon je remercie Maria. Je vous conseille fortement ce Airbnb. Nous avons pu voir des jeunes jouer au foot avec des grandes box, ce qui était Inhabituel, pour nous mais surtout drôle. C’était notre tout premier voyage et si ce serait à refaire. Nous en serons ravis. Je remercie Monsieur Pantelis pour son attention, sa patience, nous avons eu énormément de retard il nous a attendu jusqu’à notre arrivée. N’hésitez pas, l’endroit est magnifique. Ce fut un agréable séjour en Grèce.

Πολύ άνετο και προσεγμένο το καταλυμα, απεναντι ακριβώς απο το μετρό! Πολυ ευγενικος ο οικοδεσπότης, απαντάει αμεσα στα μηνύματα! Στα συν η ευέλικτη άφιξη ετο κατάλυμα!

Η Ζωή είναι μια καταπληκτική οικοδέσποινα, απαντούσε αμέσως με σαφής οδηγίες. Ο χώρος της ήταν εξίσου πολύ ωραίος! Καθαρός, περιποιημένος, εξοπλισμένος αρκετά κ οι φωτογραφίες αντικατροπτίζουν την πραγματικότητα. Όταν επισκεφτώ ξανά τη Θεσσαλονίκη ασυζητητί θα μείνω πάλι εκεί!

The apartment is in a great location in the west part of the city. Very clean, and it has all the amenities you may need. It comes with a parking spot for those who may rent a car. Highly recommended!

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

Ubytování bylo dobře umístěné kousek od hlavního náměstí a od promenády ubytování bylo čisté. Proces pro příjezd byl jednoduchý, pomocí schránky na klíče.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καλό και ο Νίκος ένας άψογος οικοδεσπότης. Η περιοχή ήσυχη, αλλά πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της μικρής πόλης όπου υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια και μπαράκια. Το σούπερ μάρκετ σε απόσταση αναπνοής, γενικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα!
