Had such an amazing and cozy stay here! 😍 The place looks exactly like the pictures, and out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, I really love how the host designed this one, super homey and full of charm. I even got inspired by the design! 😋 The host was also super friendly and quick to respond. Definitely a 10/10 stay! 👍🏻

Back at this lovely homestay once again – it truly feels like coming home. The cozy decor, spotless space, and that familiar view outside the window… everything is just right. It’s more than just a place to stay — it’s a little escape, a quiet comfort I always look forward to. Highly recommended for anyone needing a peaceful break from the rush of daily life. 🌿

The house is nicely furnished in my opinion and good for big group gatherings. Many bed rooms available with a mix of single and double beds which are quite comfortable. And apart from the living room, there are other areas that friends/family can huddle around, both indoors and outdoors. All the basic amneties are provided and work fine. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive, providing prompt response and help when needed. The only downside I feel is the narrow road and insufficient parking. It's convinient if you have 3 cars (or 4 if you park one right in front of the gate). Anything more and you need to park further... and the nearby Sunny Point complex is an option, but you need a 3-5 minute walk back to the property. Also, food choices within walking distance is limited to a few Malay food stalls. Overall, it was good value in my opinion... just be mindful if you are travelling with many cars, then it might not be the best choice.

Nice place except there’s small insects in the house. Expected since the area is village area but would appreciate if the owner provides insect repellent especially to guest travelling with little babies.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay. The house is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. With three toddlers in tow, we truly appreciated how much room they had to roam freely indoors. The big compound was a bonus — we brought inflatable pools and the kids had a blast ! The interior is beautiful and cosy, perfect for our gathering with friends. There was plenty of space to hang out and catch up. Everything was spotless — the whole place was very clean and well maintained. Parking was hassle-free even though we came with four cars. The price was a great deal for what we got. Eric was a responsive and helpful host, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We had zero issues throughout our stay. If we could suggest one small improvement, it would be to have a mirror in every room — especially for the ladies getting ready 😊 Other than that, everything was superb and exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price. Very good place. And very responsive host. The house was ready well before the official check-in time, and the host gave the key codes so that I could get in early if I choose to. The house have ample space for my family of 6 pax and my brother's family of 5 pax. All bedrooms and living room are airconditioned. Highly recommended.

Really a great deal for the price and the stay. Loved it. Beautiful surroundings, great paddy view, easy access to get foods. I like it and enjoy it much.

Excellent in every way. Where do I start… the location cannot be beat. Armenian street is THE George Town street to see, and it’s walking distance to many amazing restaurants, hawkers centers, boutique shops, street artworks, and other attractions like the esplanade and large shopping malls. The home itself has a very peaceful feel, oozing with oldtown charm, tastefully furnished, and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, the aircon is excellent, the hot/cold filtered water machine is super convenient, and the washer/dryer works well. Things to note: The bathroom ceiling is quite low- if you’re over 5’10” you’ll be stooped over, but they provide a shower seat. There is an atrium in the middle of the home that is open to the floor below and the shop on the ground floor. This is no issue, but something to be aware of if you have toddlers like us that are, at times, difficult to keep calm and quiet.

很喜欢的一套民宿，很出片，没有靠近主路，晚上很安静，只是早上5点开始附近清真寺会有诵经，这个估计老城的民宿都很难不面临这个问题。早上步行10分钟就可以去姓氏桥看日出，壁画街也在附近10分钟步行距离。有三个卧室两个卫生间，很适合大家庭或朋友组队。去二楼的楼梯略有一些陡，我爸妈70+也可以上下，没问题的。入住的时候有管家帮忙把行李搬上楼，离开的时候还给我们延迟到2点退房。房间空调是松下的，冷气很给力，这在闷热的槟城显得尤为重要。房间有两个卫生间两个冲淋房，一个在一楼，一个在二楼。二楼的冲淋房和洗手间在户外露台上，需要通过一扇门才能抵达，晚上略微不便，亲测附近还算安全，晚上去露台没有问题。

Perfect unit for big family. We’ve booked 2 units for our family trip and it was a great choice esp if u are travelling with elderly and kids. Great location, easy check-in / check-out process, beatiful unit with complete kitchen appliances (exc. water dispenser). Fast response from the owner’s team as we got inform them on the defect bathroom rainshower and they came to change it immediately. Just to highlight this one evening we came back quite late after midnight and there is one car with tinted window parked in front of our unit but when we want to open the gate then this car suddenly left the area like very suspicious. This area is a bit secluded and its not in security guarded area. That time only 3 units occupied and the rest is empty so we kinda worried. Its good that the units got cctv thanks to the host. But we enjoyed our stay and this unit will be in the list for our next penang trip.

The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore Penang. Communication was smooth throughout – our host was always responsive, easy to talk to, and even answered phone calls promptly when we had questions. She also reminded us to enjoy durian during the season, which was a fun and authentic local experience we wouldn’t have wanted to miss! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Penang.
