The location is also a big difference: there are restaurants and markets nearby, and the beach can be easily accessed on foot. For those who wish to explore the region, the Beto Carrero park is only a 10-minute drive away, and towns such as Balneário Camboriú and Pomerode are a short drive away. It was a great stay, I would come back for sure!

Cristiane's daughter, Nathália, always responded quickly, very politely and willing to answer all questions. The house is extremely clean, organized, without a musty or moldy smell, I can say that it is impeccable. The house is a beauty, charming and with all the facilities we need Tatiana is very attentive and charismatic, proactive in helping, we love the MIMO even on our arrival. The location is perfect, market, pharmacy, restaurants, everything accessible to pe if you want, that made a difference, and on the side of the park Beto Carrero, then it was perfect for us. We really like the place! Beautiful and quiet, supermarkets nearby, convenience stores on the front. Ap very good and well equipped. The owner always responded super well and always cordial.

The apartment is wonderful, has a beautiful balcony with view to the sea, well divided, has utensils for cooking at home, washing machine, as well as the condominium where it is, which has a sensational infrastructure, with swimming pool, convenience, sports court, garage for two cars, 24h concierge. The location is also very good, close to the sea, the Brava Mall mall and other useful places such as market, bars etc. The host Rogério was very attentive, giving us all the information necessary for a good stay, as well as local tips, which helps a lot. Finally, the stay was sensational, my family and I have to thank you and we hope one day to return!

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.
