These days that we spent at Adriane's house was amazing, the house is a delight, everything clean, organized, exactly like the announcement.Listance she gave us there is no equal, she responded quickly when we requested, with certainty the best holiday and no doubt we will return.

We were well received by Mrs. Nelly a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is like in the photos, everything very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well cared furniture, well-equipped kitchen is nothing missing, internet of the house is great, comfortable room, barbecue space tbm everything perfect with a beautiful view over the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, recommend and for sure I will come back more times😍

The reception was incredible, the apartment delivered exactly what it promised, a great cost x benefit. Next to the beach. I stayed with my sister in a wheelchair and had full accessibility, as well as being great. Close to the beach, good location close to the market, bakery, pharmacy. Apartamento had everything we needed. Super recommend it.

Perfection is a word that describes our experience.The villa apartment is wonderful , clean and smelling bedding, full kitchen, new refrigerator, microwave and electric oven. It has a great choice of markets , pharmacies , restaurants ,many options for snacks and shops . It is difficult to describe the view that this apartment has , simply stunning from the beach and the waterfront . How not to be moved by the sunset that this apartment contemplates. Vilcéia is an amazing, communicative and kind person who responds to you with accuracy and kindness.

The excellent house, to welcome families meets perfectly! All house utensils by hand, extremely clean and organized. Near the beach and quickly we arrive at Beto Carrero World! I would stay in this same house other times, super recommend! Host was catering fast and always very cordial, I loved it!

We feel at home, everything well organized and clean, all useful and functional, it has everything in the apartment, cutlery, cookware as described. We will definitely indicate the apartment!

During the stay, everything went perfectly well, excellent service and super organized and clean apartment. The super attentive hostess and still left some pampering ( which we love). The apartment was in great condition, very well equipped kitchen and would like to emphasize the sofa bed that is super comfortable and large. Full laundry and balcony bigger than we thought. The town is actually close to the Beto carrier (we take 20 minutes walking) and the beach too (less than 5 minutes to get there). The building's organization is very good and safe, functional gym and has 2 elevators ( one social and one for swimmers).

Do you want to feel at home? Choose this residence. Flawless house, all clean, bed, table and bath scented. Excellent location, quiet, calm sea. But the best are the hosts, Roseli and Nádia, they are a couple of loves, unfolded to help us in what it took. I went to town with my old mother, they arranged for grab bars in the bathroom. Super recommend 100%. Whenever possible we will return... The apartment is impeccable! Everything is very beautiful, clean and well organized, with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. We were greeted by Rafael's father, a lovely man and a super nice person, who made us feel totally at ease. The location is also great, especially for those going to Beto Carrero – it was perfect for our family trip. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is in a very privileged place, in the most beautiful part of the beach of Armação, close to restaurants and markets, easy access to and from, very spacious and ventilated, allows you to truly rest and relax. Penha is a city that goes far beyond Beto Carrero, there are many places to visit, viewpoints with spectacular views and hidden beaches. Karina also responds quickly and is quite flexible, we hope to return other times.

First of all, I have to say that we were amazed at the cleanliness of the place: this was the first time we arrived on Airbnb with a clean microwave! The apartment is spacious, well located and equipped. The stay was great from start to finish.

The house is very well located, close to Beto Carrero (back walking), the beach, market and shops, and also, organized and clean. Seu Gilberto was a sweetheart, demonstrated proactivity and was a 10 note in indicating nearby places and beaches for us to visit. I recommend the house to everyone, it is a great option for those who go with family or friends, as the house is large and has convenience and privacy to everyone, not to mention that the neighborhood is calm.
