Место и дом оправдали все наши ожидания. Отличное расположение, как в сказке: на право пойдешь (10 мин) супермаркеты и кафе найдёшь, на лево пойдешь (10 мин) дикий и чистейший пляж найдёшь, с минимальным количеством людей, а если пройти чуть дальше, то и вообще их отсутствие. Сам дом очень чистый и обустроен всем необходимым, все соответствует фотографиям, нам даже предоставили пляжные зонты и кресла. Спасибо хозяину за прием, нам помогли организовать трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, по приезду любезно предоставили питьевую воду, печенье для ребёнка и даже пиво для взрослых, и еще много всего) Семья в восторге от отдыха! Безусловно будем рекомендовать своим друзьям и знакомым!

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

Incredibly beautiful and peaceful place with a very private feel to it. Feels like you’re in your own place far away in a forest but it’s just a quick walk into town. The host was also lovely and so helpful, highly recommend.

Na Saní sme boli 12 noci . Bola to jedna z našich najlepších pobytov .Dom bol síce ďalej od pláže , ale autom za pár minút sme boli pri mori . To ticho a pokoj čo tam bol sa nedá opísať . Hostiteľ bol veľmi ústretový , poskytol nám potrebné informácie ohľadom pobytu , zabezpečil nám vstup autom na parkovisko Saní rezortu . Dom bol čistý , vybavený všetkým čo ku svojmu pobytu potrebujete . Akurát druhá kúpeľňa bola na poschodí a dosť maličká . Okolie je nádherné, neskutočne krásne pláže , čistá priezračná voda . Za mňa vrelo odporúčam .

An excellent accommodation in a wonderful location! The host is as friendly and helpful as anyone! It has everything it promises with great aesthetics! The room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back soon! That's for sure!

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

Staying at Konstantina’s place was great! You’re right around the corner of the lively streets of Afitos, without any noise. The location was also near a parking spot which came in handy since we rented a car. And the view was amaaaazing. The parents of Konstantina were very sweet and gave us a warm welcome. All the amenities were there, we also got new towels when we got them dirty. Only thing to remark is that there’s no washing machine, you would have to ask to wash something and the cooking stove is not that great, it’s very slow, but with so much great restaurants around that was not a problem at all!!

Es war alles perfekt😊 die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand und in der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen!! Katerina war jederzeit zu erreichen und gab uns auch viele Tipps. Nur zu empfehlen

Wir haben im Haus von Periklis und seiner Frau eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Terrasse, der Garten und der eigene Zugang zum Wasser sensationell. In der Vorsaison war zwar rundherum noch nicht alles geöffnet, aber genau das und die damit verbundene Ruhe haben wir gesucht und gefunden. Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft, die uns entgegengebracht wurde! Viele Grüße!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended.

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm, nestled in a serene location that provides a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings are picturesque, with easy access to stunning beaches, local taverns, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

Mein Aufenthalt in Roberto‘s Haus war großartig! Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage war ideal, Zwei Minuten zum Strand und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Roberto war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und schnell. Die Unterkunft war bestens ausgestattet und bot alles, was man braucht! Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Weg zur Unterkunft war etwas abenteuerlich, man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Aber dafür war die Umgebung sehr ruhig und schön.

Μείναμε πολυ ευχαριστημένοι απο Την Κα Αυγή φιλική μας καλοδέχτηκε. Μας έδωσε οδηγίες για την περιοχή . Το σπίτι είναι απλά Υπέροχο καλόγουστη διακόσμηση πολυ καθαρό, με Υπέροχη θέα. Πολυ κοντά σε μια γραφική πλατεία με όμορφα μαγαζιά για φαγητό. Δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Ήσυχη περιοχή, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Τέλος θέλω να ευχαριστήσω την Κα Αυγή για τα όμορφα δώρα της!!! Θέλουμε να ξανάρθουμε του χρόνου περισσότερες ημέρες και Εξερεύνηση της περιοχής με τις Υπέροχες παραλίες!!!!!

Wir haben eine Woche in Kalandra verbracht. Die Villa ist ein Traum, tolle Lage mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Emmanuel und Alekos waren immer erreichbar und haben sich um alles gekümmert sowie super Empfehlungen und Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir (2 Erwachsene mit Kleinkind und Baby) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft! Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Der kleine umzäunte Garten ist gerade mit Kindern super und man kann seine Mahlzeiten auf der schattigen Terrasse genießen. Der Strand ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen und es gibt eine Vielzahl an tollen Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Ein Hinweis zum Parken: Das Haus liegt an einer schmalen Gasse, sodass der Parkplatz mit einem etwas größeren Auto (z.B. Opel Grandland) schwer zu nutzen ist. An der Straße stehen aber ebenfalls Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ist Thanos’ Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!

Unmittelbare Strandnähe, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Nur ein Duschvorhang hat gefehlt. Ansonsten wirklich perfekt. Kommunikation sehr sehr gut!

Die Beschreibung und den Fotos können gar nicht beschreiben wie schön dieses Haus ist. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch!! Das Haus ist so gemütlich und man fühlt sich gleich zuhause. Wir waren fast alleine in der ganze Anlage und hatten dafür den Pool für uns und eine wohltuende Ruhe. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen, wir haben es geliebt!
