Apartment holiday rentals in Pefkochori

Не ошибусь если скажу что это одно из лучших локаций в городе. с одной стороны очень близко к центру, но с другой очень тихо. Дом расположен внизу, соответственно не нужно постоянно ходить вверх и вниз. Очень рядом пляж, супермаркет, рестораны. Отдельного внимания заслуживают вид с балкона и жувущий рядом павлин :) Хозяин очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный. Очень рекомендую!

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

Prachtige locatie met een bijna prive-strand zodra je de afdaling trotseert Het water kleurt hier net zo als wij alleen nog maar in ‘the Caribbean’ hebben gevonden Appartement is ruim, erg schoon en alles is aanwezig Toilet is aan de kleine kant Host is extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam, als er iets was kwam er snel reactie en een oplossing Appartement ligt aan best drukke doorgaande weg, maar Afytos is aan te lopen Bovendien rijden er taxi’s af en aan ;-) Dit is misschien wel het mooiste plekje op Kassandra

Nikos очень доброжелательный и приятный в общении. На все наши вопросы и просьбы быстро реагировал. Большое спасибо за возможность раннего заселения. Жилье соответствовало описанием и фото. Балконы заслуживают 5 звезд . Местность очень тихая, красивый пляж и в сентябре был практически безлюден. Nikos спасибо, что приняли нас в своем доме!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

Wir waren in Apartment nr 2. Juliets Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und super schön eingerichtet. Alles war so sauber! Juliet hat sich Zeit genommen um uns einige Tipps für die Gegend zu geben. Sie hat ausderdem einen wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten und zwei süsse Katzen! :-) alles hervorragend.

Thanasis made such a difference to our holiday, recommending all the best places to visit. The accommodation was beautiful and in a great location. Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

We had a great time and the place was amazing,clean and peaceful.The listing was easy to find.Giorgos responded immediately to my message and recomended to us some great restaurants and cocktail bars.I recommend Giorgos place,he is an amazing Host!

Wir hatten einen Super Aufenthalt in Dinos Apartment. Es war alles da und dinos war ständig erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit :)

Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – wirklich jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Als Highlight hat er uns abends sogar noch Pizza gebracht – so viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit erlebt man selten! Die Unterkunft war top, alles super sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Ich kann diesen Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles – gerne jederzeit wieder!

Es war eine tolle Auszeit- super Lage...mittendrin und doch ruhig. Strand in 2 min. erreichbar.. Frisches Obst, Wasser im Kühlschrank- selbstgemachter Oregano, Olivenöl und Ouzo zum Probieren stand bereit.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Die Lage war top. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten wirklich alles in der Unterkunft, was man braucht. Selbst Gewürze und Öl. Wasserkocher, Toaster, etc. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

A « La luna » nous sommes plus dans un hôtel que dans un AirBnB mais sincèrement dans le meilleur sens du terme. J’appellerai plutôt cela un hôtel familial. Service impeccable, chaleureux et bienveillant. Propreté impeccable et renouvelée pour le bien-être des résidents. Localisation impeccable, tous les points intéressants de Neos Marmaras à distance pédestre. Les propriétaires des lieux sont adorables. Theodosios, le fils, nous a accueillie avec des sourires, des conseils/recommandations et une visite détaillée malgré l’heure tardive de notre arrivée. Tout au long du séjour, nous croisons un ou des visage(s) souriant(s), qui s’intéresse(nt) à nos ressentis et nous donne toujours plus de conseils. A la fin de notre séjour, nous sommes de nouveau entourés de chaleur et de douceur. Nous avons eu le plaisir de dormir dans la Blue Suite. Small village, cute with few very nice restaurants. The bakery close by and the restaurant on the beach are worth the money. The apartment is nice and clean . Very close to the small center

Particularitatea a fost cazarea la trecerea dintre ani. Am cautat un loc langa mare, cu semineu, pentru a ma simti ca acasa. Pentru asteptarile mele a fost fix ce cautam. Cred ca si vara e un loc placut. Cu gazda am comunicat foarte bine, mi-a pus lemne la dispozitie, nu cred ca o sa aveti nevoie de asta vara :) Vizitez frecvent cazari cu seminee si stiu ca proprietarii ofera doar cateva lemne, pentru atmosfera. Aici nu a fost cazul. Oricum am avut un sac cu lemne in portbagaj, aduse din Romania :)) Locuinta e bine dotata, locul e primitor, mult lemn si piatra. Pentru noi a fost o experienta placuta.

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Nice and clean apartment with air conditioner in every room and enough space for up to 5 persons. Big jacuzzi in the balcony - perfect for the hot weather. Apartment close to the beach and restaurants with very delicious food. Would recommend to others.

Great place to rest in Pefkohori. One of the best places I've ever stayed. The apartment had everything you needed. The bathtub is a super good idea. After the beach, taking a nice bath is a great experience. The bedroom is great and very comfortable and the lighting throughout the apartment creates a great ambiance in the evening. Amazing place, definitely recommend. It is meters away from the historic center of Pefkohori with its small and wonderful restaurants, different from the commercial restaurants along the beach street. Great apartment.

We had a great stay at Stella's place. Suite B was perfect for our family of four. Everything was clean and comfortable. The garden and hot tub were great too. And Stella was a very friendly and kind host. Highly recommended.

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!

The hosts/owners were very responsive - gave advice about taxis, lent us a baking dish, were flexible about check out and really couldn't be faulted on their cheerfulness and happiness to help, whatever the query. Thank you for your kindnesses. The place was very clean. The walk to the beach involved going upwards, then alongside a road with no pavement and making your way down through the grounds of a nearby hotel. There was a grassy area with a patio and chairs as shown in front of the flat, but it was not as private as we had hoped and if we came again we would get a higher floor so we could have a balcony instead. The garden was opposite the entrance to another home and overlooked by another flat's balcony.
