I highly recommend this place! It is an amazing cozy apartment which helps you to enjoy your time in the Spa Capital City of the Balkans! It looks even better than the pictures, very comfortable furniture, clean and gorgeous. The place is very well located and you can reach each important spot in the city. The stay at Simona's apartment was great. I especially liked the fact that I was able to bring my two dogs. Simone always responded immediately and gave tips. The place is highly recommended.

The hosts were extremely responsive even prior to booking and answered all prior questions! The check in and communication itself was even easier and convenient after booking! During the stay they were extremely responsive and suggested places to walk, if needed for medication or locations for pharmacies, places to eat, to visit and ideas on what to do in, and around the city. The parking space to the apartment is a scary amenity that makes it scary a lot easier! Parking is otherwise very difficult in the area. The neighbors in the block are nice and I met some of them, very nice people. The place is central, next to a school but very quiet and peaceful! I have not heard any noise at night despite the central location. I definitely recommend with both hands because of the place and the hosts! Internet is very good speed, and TV can go back. The apartment is new, clean and very cozy. It is looked after by the hosts and it is seen to be legal with desire. I ask that guests also keep for those after them!

Clean, warm and cozy. It has everything you need for a short or long stay. Communication with the host is easy and fast, ready to answer any questions you have right away and respond to all your needs.

The place is in the beautiful town of Blagoevgrad in a new building with a stunning view. The apartment was like brand new, very clean, like it was just rennovated. The host was very kind and responsive. The check-in was flexible, there was a free parking area. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Blagoevgrad.

I and my friend liked the apartment very much. It was extremely clean and cozy and the host was very kind and welcoming. He gave us recommendations for all the restaurants and grocery stores around, and took care of our wonderful stay. Also, there were constantly two parking spaces available in front of the block, which was practical.

Amazing flat - tidy, clean and it felt like home. The host was great - very responsive and helpful, she left some treats for us and was very quick to offer us a baby cot when she found out we are traveling with a 7 month old. You have all the shops that you will ever need in the complex and the ORO restaurant is a must - it was great food and service :) Will definitely choose to stay there again if we are in the area.

Great apartment for a couple! Amazing place, good price, the restaurant is not expensive but the food is delicious. There's a small band of cats peacefully living behind the building as well as several interesting species of birds.

Modern building and fashion design, the rooms are clean and cozy. Irina welcomed us at the place, and prepared everything super detail for check in. warm stay and highly recommend.

Nestled in quiet and at the same time within walking distance to the center and all the shops, ideal apartment. Clean, neat with a great view.
