Family-friendly holiday rentals in Paxos

Wir verbrachten eine perfekte, sehr erholsame Zeit in diesem Haus und können es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Wer Ruhe und Privatsphäre mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Haus befindet sich in Alleinlage, inmitten eines wunderschönen und gepflegten Gartens. Unser Highlight war der Outdoor-Whirlpool, welcher erst kürzlich neu errichtet wurde. Das Haus fanden wir bei Ankunft blitzsauber vor und wir freuten uns sehr über den Willkommenskorb mit Leckereien, der dort auf uns wartete. Die Kommunikation mit Πέτρος war völlig unkompliziert und freundschaftlich. Er reagierte sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen, gab uns Tipps und fragte zwischendurch nach, ob es uns gut geht, oder wir etwas benötigen. Vielen Dank dafür :-) .

Angelo’s studio 3 has been superb! Spacious, well equipped and comfortable room. Always a wonderful surprise on what might be provided in the breakfast basket every morning. Lovely peaceful pool area with breathtaking views over Lakka and the bay. Extremely comfortable sun beds and a very nice infinity pool. Often facilities do not match what is advertised in this case, they exceeded them! Andreas was very helpful with advise on the best way to get to Paxos and organised a loan car, which was delivered to Angelos village. Can’t not mention Hara, who was brilliant throughout our stay. Provided recommendations on some Fanta restaurants, beaches and a memorable boat trip to the Arch and Blue Lagoons with Giannis. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Wir haben unsere 10 Tage in Gardenos zu zweit sehr genossen. Man hat von fast überall einen tollen Blick auf‘s Meer. Georgia ist ein sehr toller Host und hat uns auch mit dem Mietwagen geholfen. Das Haus steht am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist gut zum einzigen Nachbargarten abgeschirmt. Der steile Weg führt einen direkt zum Sandstrand und zu den zahlreichen Tavernen. Das WLAN funktioniert nicht einwandfrei und würde uns für Remote/Homeoffice nicht die benötige Leistung bringen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder zurück zur Villa Belle Plaza!

Rena was an amazing host and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything, from finding a taxi to working the barbecue. The house is amazing with a huge pool and lovely garden. Could not recommend staying here enough you will definitely love it!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, quiet and private. Beautiful views. Just a 10-15 walk from Lakka down quite a steep road. Only a 10 minute walk to a pretty beach. Ioanna provided some food when we arrived which was a thoughtful touch.

The villa is extremely clean. Maria keeps everything in perfect shape and order. Bathrooms are cleaned every day and every three days the whole house + changing the sheets and towels. The garden is big enough and there is a playground and BBQ. I think its not clear in the villa's description, but at the place there are bicycles you can use for free. Hosts are very responsive as they live nearby and ready to help for anything. All in all we were very happy from our stay and would return if we plan a holiday in Sivota. Sevgili ev sahibimiz, iyonya adaları turumuzun Paxos adası kısmında en başından oldukça yardımcı ve dost canlisiydi. Ev ile söylenecek tek kelime ' Muhteşem ' Yıllardır hayalini kuruduğum bu adada, adanın en güzel en kullanışlı evlerinden birinde kalmak inanilmaz keyifliydi. Ailenizle yada kalabalık dost grubunuzla rahatça kalabilir adanın muhteşemlikleri sonrasında keyifle dinlenip, evin tadını çıkartabilirsiniz. Araba şart, sivrisinekler için önlem almak gerekebilir.

Το δωμάτιο απλά εξαιρετικό με υψηλή αισθητική εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά. Η θέα απερίγραπτη με αποκορύφωμα το ηλιοβασίλεμα! Το τζακούζι ό,τι πρέπει για χαλάρωση και αναζωογόνηση. Το σέρβις άμεσο και το πρωινό υπέροχο. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, αν ξαναπάω στους Παξούς δεν υπάρχει άλλη επιλογή διαμονής για εμένα..

We had such a wonderful time! The house is charming and the view amazing. It is walking distance to town for everything we needed, but also just far enough away to feel very private. The outdoor shower we used everyday to rinse off from the beach. It was nice to have AC to cool off a bit in the late afternoon for a nap. It was all very relaxing. We can't say enough, except that we will return!

This place is absolutely fabulous! Paxos is a beautiful island and George’s place is a real gem. The house is cosy, practical and at walking distance of the centre of Gaïos. We had no car but were able to walk everything and discover the island from our home away from home. If you’re looking for a place to have some peace and quietness and also enjoy the Greek lifestyle this is the place to be!

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Christina in May. The villa is lovely. Great views and a nice big terrace to eat outside. We found the villa well equipped and comfortable for our stay with kids. Lakka is a short walk down some steps (5mins or so - we had eight-year-olds and grandparents in our party). It’s close by but far enough for the villa to feel nicely secluded. Great family friendly beach is easily accessible on foot. No need for a car. Julia was super helpful and friendly. She sorted taxis for us and was able to help with any questions we had. Thoroughly recommend this place!

The best view in town!! With an infinity pool that looks over Gaois and boasts an incredible sunrise you are sure not to miss this spot. With that comes a very steep ascent to the house so would recommend an automatic car or a confident driver. Otherwise simple (and worth it). Andreas was an attentive host and the outside space is what sells this space. Very easy to explore the island after a morning relaxing but the pool. Andreas will be sure to give you lots of local recs. we will be back

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was clean, modern and in a perfect location near to all the restaurants in Gaios. Ioannis helped us with our stay and was always available when we needed something. I definitely recommend this place, great host and great apartment!

Spa like accommodations in a beautiful renovated old stone home. Loved waking up to sound of birds roosters and sights of olive trees flowers and a stunning view of the sea. Mary welcomed us like family. She delighted us with homemade delicacies and her hospitality was incredible. Loved this place and not far at all from everything with a car.

We’ve enjoyed every single moment of our stay at this beautiful house in Paxos overlooking Gaios, Agios Nikolaos and the Ionian Sea. Stunning views and a great space with many wonderful terraces. Mrs Maria and Dimitris have been super flexible with our check in and out times, and very generous with everything, lovely people. The house is amazing and spotless. The location is ideal and we felt right at home throughout our stay. A first class experience in an outstanding place. We will be back for sure, but I recommend the house to all Airbnb customers: go try out this unique house for yourselves!

Giorgos was a wonderful host. He gave us lots of great recommendations, communicated brilliantly up to and on arrival, and was very helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation is lovely, very nicely furnished with everything we needed for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We had a truly wonderful stay at Hammock House. The stylish villa is spotlessly clean with an elegant terrace and pool. Hara was always contactable for help, she gave us lots of useful information and advice. There are some beautiful secluded beaches within walking distance. Lakka was our favourite town, full of fantastic restaurants with idyllic views and friendly locals. Be prepared for a steep climb up to the villa, but it’s worth it! We’d love to come back… Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at this Villa. The pool area is very well maintained, clean and with nice gardens. The area is quiet but there are several restaurants and shops nearby and Gaios is a short taxi ride. The villa is spacious, the maids attend daily and plenty of towels available. Highly recommended and thank you.

The villa was spacious, clean and well equipped. The bedrooms were large with lots of storage. The main bedroom is upstairs above the rest of the villa, with a small terrace and extra day bed, again with lots of storage. The bathrooms are in need of some updating, but are fine for a weeks holiday! The aircon works very well and is very necessary, though there is a lovely breeze that runs through the house when the doors are all open. There were 7 of us, and in the heat of August we all had enough space and choice of 3 terraces to relax. Parking outside the villa was very easy, and for the teenagers it was an easy 30 min walk up from Gaios. A great villa.

Angelo's place was amazing! It was clean and comfortable and gorgeous, with stunning views, a great pool and a short walk down to a fabulous beach. A maid came to clean every day, which was awesome. (Special shout out of thanks to Sofia.) We would definitely stay here again.

Elena est une hôte exceptionnelle ! Ses conseils pour la location d'un bateau ou d'une voiture, pour les restaurants et supermarchés sur l'île et pour l'organisation de notre voyage sont excellents et très utiles. La communication est très facile avec Elena. Nous avons été accueillis dès notre arrivée au port par Spyros qui nous a accompagnés à la villa. La maison est parfaite pour 4 ou 5 personnes, la vue est magnifique. Le ménage durant le séjour a été fait plusieurs fois, ce qui est très appréciable. La villa est située dans une petite baie et le soir il y a 2 restaurants qui sont accessibles à 10 min de marche. Une petite crique peu fréquentée se situe à 4 min à pied et nous a permis de nous baigner tous les matins. Gaios est à 10 min de voiture. Merci encore à Elena pour son accueil.

You can’t ask for more with Villa Manti, Stephanos (the host) and his family including his brother Yiannis who lives next door have built a beautiful home which is perfect for a stay in Paxos. We have visited Paxos many times and we will certainly be back to villa manti - Efharisto poli!
