O espaço não fica ao lado da UFV, está em frente à Univiçosa. local agradável e seguro. De carro, a UFV está a 15 a 18 minutos. Para quem busca conforto e economia é uma excelente opção. Se a prioridade é estar ao lado da (UFV), recomendo buscar hospedagem próxima à instituição. Porém os valores dobram. Prezo pela transparência , justamente para evitar qualquer mal-entendido futuro.
