Amazing stay, the listing was just like the pictures. The place was very clean and updated. Had lots of amenities, including a washer. Loved the rooftop so much! The neighborhood was also very walkable, and the view of the Acropolis was unbeatable. At first, we couldn't find the correct door and Vassilios came out to help us. He was a great host and let us check in early because our flight had landed a few hours before check-in. Would 100% recommend this place.

Very nice apartment and close to city center. The view was fantastic. Check in was a breeze and host provided great instructions for apartment. Overall just a very positive experience and wish we could have stayed longer.

Cleo's apartment is very charming and located in a quiet area of Athens. The location is ideal if you're attending events on Lycabettus Hill (just a short walk away) and serves as a great starting point for exploring the city. The apartment may be small, but it has everything you need and the spacious rooftop terrace is truly stunning. Cleo was a lovely and helpful host, and thanks to her detailed information, we had no trouble finding our way around.

This is a nice place for a shorter or a longer stay. The apartment was very clean, with most anything you could need, and spacious enough for one or two people. The kitchen is equipped with everything, although Exarcheia is so full of bars, bakeries, restaurants, bistros, and other eateries that you might never cook. The bathroom is not cramped, and the main room is big and you can cool it down easily with the AC or the ceiling fan. The host meets you and explains everything about the place, and the area. Very friendly, helpful, and it's easy to get in touch. The place faces North so there's no strong sunlight, and it's turned towards courtyards and not the street, so it's quiet at night. I had a good feeling about this apartment, and it turned out it even better!

This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

הדירה של אלכסנדרוס נהדרת, נעימה, מרווחת, דירה מקסימה. תודה לבלה על קבלת הפנים, אישה מקסימה וחביבה. המטבח מאובזר, מקלחת עם אמבטיה ומים חמים עם זרם טוב מאוד. הדירה מעוצבת יפייפה, סלון מרווח. לנו המזרונים היו לא מאוד נוחים, מעבר לכך הדירה יפה ונהדרת. המיקום 12 דק הליכה למטרו, יש חנויות ליד ומאפייה קרובה. הליכה בלילה שלא ברחוב הראשי קצת פחות נוחה עם ילדים.

Our stay at George’s place was very relaxing after a long day of travelling. Good location close to restaurants and very walkable.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

It was an excellent location up the hill near to airport and train station. The home was clean and well maintained. Totally worth the price and a great host. Gave lots of guidance as we were traveling first time to Greece.

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

This is a great spot so close to the acropolis and to all the restaurants and shops of Plaka. Avva Maria was helpful and friendly, even leaving some toys for our baby.

Die Einrichtung ist mit so viel Liebe und Geschmack gestaltet, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlt. Jedes Detail ist durchdacht und trägt zur besonderen Atmosphäre des Hauses bei. Unsere Gastgeberin Ειρήνη war einfach wundervoll – warmherzig, hilfsbereit und mit einem echten Gespür dafür, was Gäste brauchen, um sich willkommen zu fühlen. Trotz des kurzen Aufenthalts hat sie uns das Gefühl gegeben, mehr als nur Besucher zu sein. Man hat sich gefühlt wie bei seiner Familie! Die Lage ist ruhig und charmant, perfekt zum Ankommen und Abschalten – und dennoch ist man schnell mitten im Geschehen der Stadt. Wir haben den Abend auf der Terrasse sehr genossen und konnten richtig durchatmen. Wir können dieses Airbnb von Herzen empfehlen, Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! 💛

Great place to stay just outside the city center! Perfect if you’re renting a car as we did to visit some places just outside of Athens, only to return for the evening to enjoy a beautiful view of the acropolis! We loved the spacious apartment that made us feel like we actually lived in Athens and Myrsini is just such an exceptional host, very generous with our check in time due to a delay in our flight. Highly recommend!

Our stay was very short, so it suited us well. The shower had hot water, the bed was comfortable. It was easy to check in.

U Dorosovom apartmanu smo se osjecali kao kod kuće. Apartman sam po sebi je veoma cist i osvijetljen. Posjeduje dugacak balkon, gdje izjutra možete piti kafu i hladni djus, dok uvece možete birati bijelo vino uz zapaljenu svijecu, gledajuci panoramu kvarta "Excarhia", sa vasom voljenom osobom. Ako ste ljubitelj muzike, atmosferu možete ispinuti dodatno pustanjem ploca na gramofonu, koje sadrže stranu, a pogotovo Grčku muziku. Takodje veče možete upotpuniti gledanjem zabavnog sadržaja na Netflixu, gdje možete pronaci veliki broj vasih omiljenih filmova i serija. Apartman je blizu centra, na 10-5min javnim prevozom do samog centra, i Monastiraki trga, dok vrijeme hodanja, ne prelazi 25min do istog. U okolini se nalaze veliki broj dobro opremljenih restorana i kafica, kao I veliki park, koji se nalazi preko puta stana na 100m. Doros kao domain je usluzan. Razmislja i o najmanjim detaljima i uvijek je dostupan za bilo koji vid informacije. Ako se jednog da vratim, opet cu odabrati isto.

L'appartement d'Antigoni disposait de tout le nécessaire, et la terrasse est très agréable. Antigoni a répondu à toutes nos questions de manière réactive. Nous recommandons son logement.

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!

Hätte ich für Zois Kommunikation, ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und ihre Unterstützung 10 Sterne geben können, hätte ich es getan. So etwas herzliches und nettes habe ich noch nie auf Airbnb erlebt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ein sehr bequemes Bett, elektrische Rollläden und es ist ein ruhiges Haus und eine ruhige Gegend.
