Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Patisia, Athens

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for whatever we needed with a good mood. All those who offered services at the accommodation were helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I will choose it again.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

I recommend the place, the apartment is clean with a beautiful terrace, the location is perfect, close to the metro line M3. Sofia is very nice. I recommend it for 2 people.

We loved our stay in Plaka. Very walkable neighborhood with lovely restaurants nearby. The apartment is quaint and just enough for 2 with lots of room for bags, a place to sit inside and a patio table outside to enjoy a nice Rosè. Can’t wait to come back to Athens!

super nice host. very friendly. located in a very lively neighborhood. a lot to do. amazing restaurants and nice bar. super vibrant alternative and political part of athens. amazing vibe. yet the appartment is very calm and quiet. beautiful outside. inside spotless and just like in the photos. small and not the most comfortable bed but ok for two poeple and still worth the money. Definitely recommand.

This was a great location to stay that wasn’t a far metro ride to the main attractions in Athens. We just had a little trouble getting in the first night because the code on the door wasn’t working. However, Ioannis was very responsive and was able to get us a key that we used for the duration of our stay! Definitely recommend.

Our stay was great! The hosts were excellent and always responsive. The location was really close to the metro station and close to restuarants and several super markets. We appreciated that the hosts were flexible and allowed is to check-in early. We had a ton of luggage and it would be hard to carry around. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful apartment, very clean, well equipped, great terrace. The hostess is easily accessible and helpful. The area is probably not the most beautiful in Athens, but the center can be reached in a few minutes by subway. In this respect, this was not a problem. Would definitely book here again.

Come for the view, stay for Sokol’s fantastic responsiveness and hospitality. I accidentally locked myself out on the balcony late at night and he was there in 10 minutes with a spare key. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! Everything else is just as described.

We had a great time here ! The location is perfect. There are many restaurants, shops, pharmacies and grocery stores in very short walking distances. The views are absolutely amazing. You certainly won’t find a better place in Athens. We have had many great moments in this penthouse. We hope to be back some day.

The Loft is a fantastic base from which to explore Athens. It was the jacuzzi that drew me to it and it did not disappoint after long days of walking. Whilst slightly out.of the centre, it was still easy to walk and a metro station just around the corner. Andres was responsive to all my queries and requests and very accommodating to our need for a slightly later check out. Entry to the building and the apartment is via a smart app which worked well...just need to be careful that your phone doesn't run out of charge! Fantastic place and host...would 100% recommend. For my first visit to Athens, I couldn't have asked for a better location and place to stay! Very easy access to loads of great attractions, shopping, and restaurants, while not feeling stuck in a crowd. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We stayed here for just one night after returning from Naxos and before flying out the next morning, and it was absolutely perfect for that purpose. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the rooftop was amazing—such a great spot to relax after a long day! There’s also a fantastic, authentic Greek restaurant just around the corner, which meant we didn’t have to head back into the city center on our final night. Everything was smooth and easy—highly recommended for a short stay!

Absolutely wonderful stay! From booking to check-out, the hosts were communicative and eager to accommodate every need. The one thing to note (not a negative) is that Omonia can be an… interesting place at night. Luckily, you are in the heart of city center so everything is within a €10 taxi ride. When, not if, we return to Athens, we WILL be staying with this exact same spot!
