Beach house holiday rentals in Patillas

We loved our stay on Vieques! The house was in the perfect location for sunsets and snorkeling just off of the private beach below. Lots of room for our family of 6. We appreciated having the 3 bathrooms and LOVED the outdoor shower. How tranquil to shower and stare at the ocean at the same time!We cooked most of our meals at home. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We were fortunate enough to have Josh just up the street to answer our questions and provide us with advice and history lessons about the island, food and tourist activities. We ended up changing our plans based on his recommendations and our trip worked out so much better! We would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Josh!

This was such a beautiful home, with a lot to do with your family. We enjoyed barbecuing by the pool, as well as the surrounding attractions- luquillo beach and el yunque among them! This place is in the center of some beautiful attractions. We also lost power twice during our stay, but the generator kicked right in & we were not affected. I was so happy about this, as I was traveling with my toddler, who would have been uncomfortable in the heat. José was also a very attentive host. We loved this place and would definitely come again! Definitely a great place to stay!

Our week at MikaLuka was great! The location and outdoor space was amazing. The private pool was so lovely. I was disappointed that we weren’t going to be able to use it our last afternoon when I discovered that an iguana must have gotten in and used it as a toilet. However, when I reached out to let Vanessa know, she had someone there in minutes and it was cleaned up and able to be used again in under half an hour! Quite impressive and we were so thankful. Nice restaurants nearby. Recommend the sangria by the restaurant a couple doors down as well as dinner at Arcoiris and El Gallo Pinto in Guayama!

Sherley and Michelle’s house was perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen was super spacious and had everything we could need. The items available to use for the beach were a plus as was the grill. The seaweed was awful while we were there but thankfully it didn’t smell and the house is so close to the ocean that it was still a perfectly peaceful spot to enjoy the sound of the ocean. We were shocked at how close Monkey Island was. It provided a really nice backdrop to look at and we could even see monkeys with our binoculars. Patria’s was our favorite local eatery. It was walkable and the Carla’s rum punch was fantastic! The town just to the north had a nice market atmosphere with local vendors on the weekend.

Home away from home. We were very comfortable here. The property is beautiful. The house is very clean.

The Happy Yellow Beach house was everything we needed! It was a great location for us to explore Puerto Rico! The home provided all the amenities and space we needed for 6 adults. The pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces were great! We would definitely come back!

this was a great experience for our family. the location is great as it's right on the beach and just 40 minutes from San Juan. having now driven around the area a lot I do enjoy vega Baja where the house is more than surrounding areas. great local beach is close as well. the house is clean and comfortable. great kitchen for cooking. good Internet I worked a couple days. and amazing AC if you need it. just like the pictures show

We had an amazing stay! The property was exceptional—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very kid-friendly. One of the highlights was the thoughtful inclusion of beach essentials like coolers, chairs, beach toys, and balls, which made it so easy to enjoy beautiful beach days. The manager was also incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. You can tell a lot of care goes into this place. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Place was nice and roomy. Lots of space! We had enough room for our one friends to show a few of the couples in our group how to swing dance. View in the front and back of the place were awesome, especially of the rainforest in the back! Things to know: Lots of mosquitoes, make use of the zappers provided! Air conditioner in the kitchen doesn’t do a great job of keeping that area and the dining area cool. Everywhere else, the a/c worked great! 1 bathroom has no hot water, and during our a stay, a second bathroom was also unable to get hot water. So, the only bathroom with hot water was in the master bedroom, which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t that much of a problem except for night showering. During the day, the sun must have kept the ground so warm that the water was still lukewarm and not too cold. You may get suddenly told about scheduled landscape and other maintenance techs that you will have to leave the gate unlocked for them to get in.

This home was exactly as pictured. Very clean, had everything you would need, the provided beach towels and chairs with umbrella were appreciated. Close walk to downtown and the beach. Instructions for home were simple and easy and Dinorah was very quick to respond with any questions or issues we had and a great help. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Best stay I’ve had in a long time! The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The location is perfect—beach, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, and local pharmacy are all within a 5–10 minute walk. Peaceful at night. Excellent communication and great recommendations from the hosts. 100% recommended!

We had a peaceful stay here. It is centrally located to both Isabel II and Esperanza. I would recommend it for any bigger groups or families that want space to spread out. We rented a golf cart so we needed assistance stowing our luggage and the host was very helpful with this!

We had such a wonderful stay here. We have 4 kids so there was plenty of room for everyone and they took advantage of playing in the backyard. Renting a car is a must if you want to explore, there is only 2 restaurants and 2 beaches within walking distance. We planned on staying in the house a lot so it was perfect for us, we truly enjoyed the house and could not beat the view.

Don’t hesitate, just book. Although this property is not walkable to town, everything you need is an only a 5 minute drive. You can cross the entire island in less 15 mins. In regards to the property, the views are absolutely beautiful from the balconies and patio! The pictures do not do it justice! The house was comfortable for our family of 6. Note that one room is downstairs (pool and patio level) and two rooms are on the main level with exterior access only. This was not a problem for us. Whether your goal is to visit Vieques just to relax and have a nice cozy place to stay at all day (you don’t need to leave) or you are in Vieques to adventure during the day and relax in the evenings, this place is amazing! I would highly recommend and would stay here again. Don’t hesitate, book it!

This place is excavator what we needed. Peaceful Mountain View’s and a short distance from the beaches. Felt like we wanted to live there

This home is stunning! The pictures don’t do it justice! Ample space, private, tranquil and just amazing! Supermarket, drugstores and places to eat just outside the community. We ended up staying and enjoying the house more than anticipated! The pool is definitely a highlight and the fans and individual AC units were a plus! Zack and Steven were both great in responding and communicating. Will highly recommend this house and have no reservations to return in the future!
