An amazing apartment close to great restaurants and bars. Apartment itself was beautiful, and quiet - great for relaxing after a busy day. Gerald was a great host, responsive and friendly. We will definitely consider staying here again when in Manila.

I frequent Uptown BGC often and I must say that JMS' place is the perfect spot in the heart of it. As you look out the windows you'll have a direct view of the Uptown mall/Parade intersection. The room feels like home. Really comfy, cozy. I almost didn't want to write a review in hopes of keeping this spot a hidden gem. JMS is also very responsive and accommodating. This particular stay was one of the best I've experienced in BGC and I will definitely keep this listed as first pick when I need a place to stay in Uptown.

The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a quiet escape. Everything we needed was provided, making the stay hassle-free. The ambiance was peaceful and ideal for relaxing. Location was convenient yet still felt private. Would definitely book again for another quick getaway.

My family's stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The environment was incredibly quiet and serene, which allowed for truly restful nights and relaxed mornings. What truly impressed me was how easily accessible BGC and McKinley Hill were from here. A quick Grab ride had me right in the heart of the action. It felt like I had the best of both worlds: a tranquil home base and immediate proximity to everything I needed. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The host was also very responsive and helpful, making for a smooth and enjoyable experience. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here. The unit was cozy, comfortable, and had a very homey feel — a perfect little escape from the hustle and bustle of BGC. The decor was gorgeous and thoughtfully put together, striking a nice balance between stylish and welcoming. It felt like staying in a carefully curated space that still made it easy to relax and feel at home. We ended up spending most of our time just unwinding indoors, which really says a lot about how inviting the place is

Great stay! I really liked the location! The building was walking distance to a lot of my favorite spots in Makati

Was a great staycation for the weekend. Just a relaxing 3 days. Location was perfect, everything is walkable. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Host is very accommodating and responses very quickly after each message I sent to her. The building elevator can sometimes be overwhelmed by people causing a little delay on going up or down to your unit. Overall, I would stay here again if I were in the area.

I really love Rose’s place! The location was close to Shangrila and Megamall and the greenfield district is also right around the corner! The space was big and the view faces Shangrila so you have a good view of the city! I would recommend staying here if you want a chill place within Ortigas/Shaw

10日間滞在しました。収納が充分にあり、生活するのに必要なものは全て揃っていて愛着がわきました。同じSOMA内で別のオーナーのリスティングに移動しましたが、いかにこの部屋が使い心地が良かったのかと気付かされました。 洗濯機の問題がありましたが、すぐに対処してもらえました。 バスルームにカビがありあまり清潔ではありませんでしたが、湿気が多い国では仕方ないことかもしれません。 お掃除ヘルパーはテキパキと仕事をこなしていてとても好印象でした。 ありがとうございました。

Great location in BGC. Was walking distance to everything. Was clean and comfortable.

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Had a great stay! The place was very clean, and I especially appreciated the fresh, fragrant scent of the bedsheets and towels. I also loved that Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video were all available and premium, which made relaxing even better. Overall, it was definitely worth it. Would stay here again!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Andrew’s place was just the perfect place for my family to stay for 12 days. The unit was exactly what we expected and more. The host was responsive to our needs and even helped us when a personal item was accidentally left in the unit after we checked out. I truly appreciate his kindness.
