Holiday rentals with lake access in Passa Quatro

The mountain villa is a delight! We spend incredible days there and in the region, great for enjoying waterfalls and views that are a relief for the city's tired eyes. Ivanilde received us very well, the place was impeccable and I highly recommend!

The place of Ritinha is very beautiful, clean, welcoming. All brand new, television, kitchen appliances, new furniture. Really cool, well-maintained. Congratulations! As a suggestion for improvement, I suggest putting blackout curtain in the room because early morning there is a lot of clarity, even with the curtain closed.

A very quiet space, with access to a lush nature, close to hiking places, the space of the property where the chalet is located has excellent places for contact with nature, ideal for picnic, Paulo always available to ask questions and give tour tips, just an observation for those with friends is to bring a portable battery, because it has few sockets. I highly recommend the place and the host.

I spent the weekend with my family, we were in 3 people. The house is large, well ventilated and with beautiful landscapes on the way back. An environment with privacy, quiet and full of nature. We take great advantage of the outdoor area, barbecue, bonfire and natural pool. In the same space there is one more Airbnb, from which it is a great distance. Only the entrance road is shared. We had privacy even with the other guests in the space. The outdoor area with detailed leisure is exclusive to the house.

Juliana and Fausto's Ranch is wonderful and well complete, a great place to relax with the family. The hosts responded quickly to messages, always willing to help with great tips. I recommend it

The site is a grace, very well cared for, all plan, ... very nice. Cleaning is a high point. All clean, neat sheets and towels. Note 1000 for cleaning and location. I was worried about the dirt road due to the rains, but we had no problem. The road was in excellent condition and not so far from a small town (I don't remember the name) . We hired Graci (referred by the host) to help us in the kitchen and it was great. She is wonderful and excellent cook, helped us solve routine issues like buying bread, indicating places to buy vegetables, a gallon of water, ... We had a family meeting and they were all well housed, as there are 4 suites (super airy) and on the upper floor there is a huge lounge with a bathroom with several beds . Just like the one described in the listing. We'll be back for sure.

It was an amazing stay in Sara's place and her mother, Sonia. We immediately felt at home and we were greeted with an amazing corn cake, it is very worth ordering the artisanal breakfast they offer. Throughout the days, we tasted the delicacies of Sonia, such as the handmade pasta pizza and cheese of the Mantiqueira mountain range, a delight. As the rental house is on the side of the house of Sonia the pizza arrived warm. The river is very close by and is a great place for bathing, although the water is cold. And is well worth arriving at the waterfall of the slide, which is 5min away by car and is great. let's get back soon!

The house is great for those looking for a place to relax and with children in the middle of nature. The structure with a barbecue, fireplace and fire is all good. The children loved the wooden playground and hiking on the trails. The waterfalls are wonderful, with a super pleasant volume of water and a natural pool that is great!!! The house's space is very good, with the kitchen overlooking the mountains. Quiet rooms with sufficient and practical space. The hosts are super helpful, attentive and guide you in the best possible way. We certainly want to come back, thank you! It was an incredible experience for the children and the location right in the middle of the Rio-SP axis makes logistics much easier.

Beautiful surroundings

The house is super cozy, much more beautiful than in the photos, good beds, perfect shower, super well equipped kitchen, delicious room to spread out with family and/or friends and inside the property there are amazing trails to do. All this, not to mention the excellent receptivity and affection with which Beatriz and Dinho welcomed us. We'll definitely be back.
