Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pasay

It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Great place to stay in Manila, large space for 4 people and the host is very friendly.

Maria was very friendly towards me and my friends. Her place was super clean and within walking distance of some local stores. It was my first time in Philippines and the place was a great place to start the trip. If you are coming to Manila or on stop by, give her place a chance. Thanks for the beautiful hospitality Maria.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

I had a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described —clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired vibe. The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Communication with Christine was excellent—she was proactive in checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Pasay City. Thank you!

The condo was good and everything it was a great condo we swimmed too for 150 per pax (not included in the payment) and parking too expensive for a day but overall it was a great house!

What u see is what u get. Rili looked like in d pix sa listings. Malinis, mabango, at bago ung unit. Responsive c host, so much. Complete ang mga paraphernalias. Highly recommended po sa mga naghahanap.

We had a wonderful overnight stay! The place is aesthetically beautiful, cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras like board games and a PS4, which made our stay even more fun and relaxing. it was a short yet an amazing unit to stay at, The place is great and the host is responsive. overall a great experience we'll definitely comeback.but there is always a but the parking (pay parking) is quite expensive. hopefully there is a free parking nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was cozy, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and very quiet — perfect for a relaxing night. The host was very responsive and thoughtful; they even allowed us an early check-in and had the AC running before we arrived, which was a huge plus with the hot weather. The place is exactly as described in the listing. It’s also great for working from home — there’s a table perfect for a laptop setup and the Wi-Fi connection is strong. I had a wonderful short vacation at Terrence & Pretz. The apartment was clean, stylish, and very comfortable—exactly as shown in the listing. Everything was well-prepared, and I felt right at home the moment I arrived. The location is also a big plus! It's conveniently close to the airport and just a short distance from the biggest mall in Asia, which made shopping, dining, and exploring super easy and enjoyable.
