Alexa operated room and we love it. We felt at home and so we had a good night sleep. Easy check-in at the lobby as the authorization email was provided ahead of time. Bro. Philemon was very responsive and he answered all our queries. He provided all the instructions clearly. We will definitely coming back :)

We had a wonderful stay! The place is very child-friendly, which made it perfect for our family. Everything we needed was complete and well-prepared, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. The view was beautiful and added so much to our experience, my whole family enjoyed it. Ma'am Mariane herself was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel right at home. We stayed one night in Debbie's unit. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was surprisingly quiet even for being so close to the airport, almost no noise from outside. Good water pressure and drainage. Will stay there again if we need to be close to the airport.

This has become our favorite spot, especially my kids’. The place was clean, with fresh linens and a light, pleasant scent when you walk in that made it feel welcoming. It’s a quiet spot, which we really appreciated, and the location is convenient, close to shops and essentials. Honestly, one night didn’t feel like enough. We’ll definitely be back!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. It felt like our home. Some challenges were encountered but the Host are very responsive and helpful for us to easily settle. We will definitely go back again soon! 💯

The place was as described - clean and homey. We actually live nearby and just needed a place to stay during a scheduled power interuption in our own condo. We only had to bring a few things since the place already includes all necessary appliances and kitchen essentials. Would definitely recommend staying in the area since it's near a lot of restos, malls and groceries. We had a comfortable stay.

Probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail in their place was well thought of, from the interior design to all the amenities. Location is also really accessible if you want to go north (towards cubao/qc) or if you wanna go south (towards pasay/airport). The place was so clean and the guards were also so kind! The place also has a near convenience store/crossfit place/cafe so there’s no problem when you’re hungry. Also easy food delivery! Had the best stay here. 100000/10!!

I stayed at Areens the first few nights i had in the Philippines. it was a great place to stay ... easy to get there from the airport ..check in was easy with 24 hour security. it was a very safe locations with lots of walks / restaurants and shopping centres I would highly recommend
