Жилье находится в самом центре. Вся компания оценит близость к достопримечательностям. У этой квартиры есть особая ценность, это первая квартира Константина Меладзе. Тут были придуманы и записаны первые песни композитора, который жил в городе Николаеве. До сих пор живут соседи, которые помнят его песни, которые со временем стали популярными в Украине
