The apartment is really centrally located. It's only 150 meters to the tram. Tram no. 4/7 takes you directly to the city center. Bus stop is just a street away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat well. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.

We were more than satisfied with the stay! The place was beautiful and the surroundings super idyllic! The kitchen equipment was perfect - never experienced that EVERYTHING you need was really available! Absolutely recommended :) Luise was super friendly and always available and helpful. I also thought it was great that there were little toys for the kids - they were happy :) Absolutely recommended and we'll be happy to come back :)

It was a short but very nice stay. Marja is a very nice, courteous hostess who greeted us personally. We particularly liked the freshly picked bouquet of flowers as a special welcome ritual. The apartment is exactly as described, sparkling clean and nothing is missing. We will be happy to come back. There is still a lot to discover in the area.

Our stay at Nicky's was great. The apartment was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The location is great, many nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Nicky was easy to reach and communicates very efficiently. We also had the opportunity to store our luggage before departure. We would definitely come back.
