The hosts of BLT Beach House are lovely, I can guarantee they will treat you right if you choose to stay with them. Our group happened to stay here the night that Puerto Rico experienced an island-wide electrical blackout. They drove several hours (each way) to get a generator for us and waited in line for over an hour to get gas for it. They spent their evening looking out for us, even though we didn’t ask them too. It’s a really nice home and I wish we could have stayed and enjoyed it longer!

The house was clean, nicely decorated and peaceful surroundings. Loved the place, close to the beach and El Poblado. Great restaurants nearby.

Great place and location; the host is the best!

Had a wonderful stay at Julio’s home even during an island wide blackout. My children immediately told me they loved how cozy the home felt. The rooms were comfortable and the swings on the balcony were their favorite spot. The home has everything you might need and Julio’s communication was spot on. Instructions for checking in were clear, the listing has great recommendations and he checked up on us several times, including during the blackout. He reached out to let us know the home had a generator and that he could tells us how to turn it on, making our stay much more comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Nos encantó la casa de Ana!! Todo estaba perfecto, y limpió. Los pequeños se divirtieron mucho en la piscina y con los juguetes que tiene el patio. Ana fue excelente y siempre mantuvo contacto durante nuestra estadía. Esta super cerca de la playa de Combate, y el area donde esta es super tranquila y privada. Definitivamente nos quedaríamos de nuevo. ❤️

My family and I had a beautiful time together at this place But I feel that everyone needs to know certain things before they go for the house of games. Kitchen needs to be updated in my opinion too small, only one table for six people. No oven , no air fryer , No blender and none of this stuff are told before you get to this place so this was a big shock for us since we like to cook and bake. Couldn't used The hockey table in the room because it was broken. Bunk beds are most of the beds in the rooms and it was hard for some of my family members to go up and down the stairs so if you are going with a lot of adults you may want to think about it first. The place was great but smaller than what you see in the pictures I would say good enough for 10 people and too many rules you can't even listen to music or be at the pool at night even when is private because of the noise. Too many cameras and they are in areas that is not necessary, you are there to have a good private time.

This was our second time at this location and we loved it. We sept an amazing family vacation.

Me and 4 girlfriends stayed at this beautiful property over the long weekend. It was a truly wonderful experience. The property is even more beautiful in person! The tennis court, the pool, the gazebos and outside areas so nice with beautiful trees and ambiance. Truly relaxing. The villa had games and beach supplies. The space is so beautiful and tall! The bathtub can’t be beat! We loved it! Almost as important is that the hosts were extremely thoughtful, welcoming us with personalized greetings and snacks, and super kind, patient and responsive. We were very grateful to Wilton and his team! Definitely recommend and hope to come back next time! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Glenda’s beachfront house! The location is unbeatable — waking up to the sound of the ocean and having the beach just steps away made the trip unforgettable. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Glenda was a fantastic host: responsive, helpful, and made sure we had a smooth experience from start to finish. We all had a blast and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

WOW—this was the most magical Airbnb stay of our lives! From the moment we arrived, Gabriella went above and beyond—greeting us with a hot meal, cake, and a fully stocked fridge. The villa? STUNNING. Spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated—with a private plunge pool, spa-like soaking tub, 2 luxe bathrooms, robes, a full kitchen, and more. It felt like a private resort inside a peaceful, gated paradise. The infinity pool and private beach access were straight out of a movie. Gabriella’s recommendations (The English Rose! Steps Beach!) made our trip unforgettable. We even got engaged here—that’s how special this place is. Every single detail was thoughtful and perfect. Safe, quiet, close to restaurants and shops—it’s everything you could ever want. We were heartbroken to leave and can’t wait to return. If you’re lucky enough to find availability—BOOK IT.

We were a party of 8 adults, 5 kids, 1 baby and a dog that decided to spend spring break at Roger’s. The villa was spacious and comfortable, it accommodated our group and each other’s privacy with room to spare. The location is precious. Up in the mountain with spectacular views, and just 5mins away from the beach. The pool was a major entertainment for the children, giving the adults time to chill without having to leave the house. A major, island-wide, 48 hr power outage happened during our stay, luckily Roger’s villa was fully equiped with solar panels, batteries and water cistern. We were fortunate to have light, running water, fans and AC. He was responsive and very accessible throughout our stay. We’re definitely coming back!

Nathalia was responsive and made the check in and check out process simple. The villa was in a great location with good amenities. Would recommend for families.

Our two families with four kids under five greatly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very thoughtful and responsive, and the house is beautiful. We loved the peaceful location with pretty views, and it is still under ten minutes to drive into town. Each family took a floor: one family in the middle floor apartment (two bedrooms), and the we stayed on the top floor, using two convenient blow up mattresses to all be close together. The two rooms on the bottom floor are super private, we just didn’t use them because they have their own entrance on a separate floor, and there is no internal stairway. There are gates on each floor to the stairs and to the pool, so it felt very safe for younger kids. Also, although the road is steep, as mentioned in reviews, it is totally manageable. Thanks to Allison and Chuck for hosting us!

Our stay at Tres Terrazas made for the perfect beach vacation. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable, rooms spacious and the kitchen suited our needs for making breakfast to eat on the magnificent porch. The A/C worked great as well. Of note, the second full bathroom/ shower is by the pool, not in the main home, but it was not a problem. The view of the ocean was stunning and the porch was amazing with a large couch and dining table to fit all of us. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed playing corn hole. Sandy Beach is right down the hill and offers the prefect set up for an enjoyable beach day. The house is in a great location to access the many attractions near Rincon. We loved every second of this gorgeous part of Puerto Rico and look forward to returning soon!

Amazing place in Boqueron and close to everything in “El Poblado”. Highly recommended!

Cerca de restaurantes, supermercado, el poblado y la playa. Área muy tranquila, excelente para desconectarse y pasar un tiempo en familia. La casa es cómoda. Nos encantó la piscina. La comunicación con Dora fue excelente. Es muy amable y atendió nuestras necesidades.

Súper lindo el lugar, súper tranquila la urbanización y cerca de la autopista. El lugar estaba muy limpio al llegar y tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda en familia
