Comfortable, ideal for 4 people. 4th floor with elevator, very bright, large glass window with double glazing in all rooms. Air-conditioned living room, fully equipped American kitchen, coffee bean machine. TV and wifi. The 2 bedrooms and the large living room have a magnificent view of the prestigious Boulevard Pereire, very wooded and without vis-à-vis.

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Bright apartment with Eiffel Tower view

Bright and pleasant apartment, direct view of the Eiffel Tower. A double bedroom, 57 m2, ideal for a couple (back room not accessible because it is reserved for private use). Located on the 3rd floor with elevator. Neighborhood with many restaurants around and metro 5 mins away. Very good quality Yamaha piano. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it is an inhabited and lively place.
