Listing's photos are either 1:1 or an upgraded interior 💯 The moment you get into the unit, you'd wish it was your own place with how homey it felt & looked ✨️ Kenneth & Eddie's unit is so well-maintained and had complete furniture that we're surprised it's their only listing so far, it seemed like the place was handled by professionals! (I'd say they even beat highend hotels 🤭) The tower's location is so convenient: 2 malls right beside it for restos, Landers at the ground floor, the sidewalks are wide and it's perfect for jogging/getting your daily walks. If you need to travel to Makati, Manda, Pateros, and Pasig, it's quite easy to travel between these cities. High street, SM Aura, and Marketmarket aren't too far off of a walk either. Likewise, staff were friendly & strict when it mattered. If youre looking for a place to crash, wfh, or simply just relax (perhaps youre the type to not want to be disturbed too much either?) You won't have regrets booking this place for sure 🥰

The unit is lovely and clean. My recommendatio is to provide for trash bin in the kitchen and bigger trash bin in the bathroom. Overall the place is good and highly recommended.

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

MEP’s place at Calathea Place - DMCI Homes was everything I hoped for and more. It felt like a real home —not just another rental or hotel. The unit was exactly like the pictures: clean, cozy, and FULLY furnished with everything you could need, including a washing machine and super fast, reliable internet (perfect for working from home > 80-150/mps). The building had amazing amenities—pool, basketball courts, a convenience store, and even refillable water stations. The location was great too, with plenty of fast food spots, markets, and a supermarket within walking distance. Plus, it’s just a quick jeepney ride to SM Parañaque or Sucat. MEP was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations and I can’t think of a single major thing to fault. Highly recommended! - This place definitely deserves 5 stars and if you stay you would 100% agree. Thanks again MEP!

It was a lovely stay with Nicole. I actually considered a lot of things before booking—the water heater, which works (though hopefully they can improve the water quality), and the washing machine, which made it so convenient since we didn’t have to bring our laundry outside. The reviews also helped; they had so many good ones that the single bad review didn’t really matter. Overall, it was a stay well worth it!

i had an absolutely amazing experience!the place is very clean,cozy and aesthetic. Karen the host is very responsive and helpful.She's very nice and she always make it sure that youre comfortable with.She's always available to answer my questions. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this unit to anyone. Outside is just a walking distance to the mall and groceries.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Loved our stay here, the place is accessible to nearest malls, terminal and other establishments. The place is clean and the host even prepared a welcome note for us (very thoughtful). No problem during our short stay at the place.♥️

This stay was really great! It was private and easy to find. The neighborhood had some great food spots. The property was clean and everything was in working order. The pool was truly the highlight of our time there. My family really enjoyed the night swims. The host was kind and helpful, we would love to stay again when we return.

This place was SOOO peaceful and quiet, I was able to get some of the best sleep l've had in a long time. The vibe was super relaxing, and it felt like the perfect little getaway from the usual noise and chaos. Everything was just as described, and the space was cozy and comfortable. Totally worth it for the price! I'd definitely book here again next time I need a chill spot to recharge. Also, plus points kasi super responsive and accommodating ng hosts, ni ate Mich, and lahat ng staff sa condo. Super friendly pati guards! Until next time!

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

Host was very responsive and accommodating even allowed room to leave luggage after check out time while waiting for flight

the unit was nice and clean. they have some entertainment like video games, board games and even mini kareoke. the balcony is big you can eat there with a nice view. there are restaurants and stores along the pathway. most of them are open 24 hrs. they have complete kitchen utensils and cooking equipments. overall it was a pretty nice stay. will rebook in the future

I am pleased to highly recommend Nancy's crib for your stay. Communication with Nancy was seamless and straightforward. I had no issues with the check-in process, as Levs, her agent, was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Whenever I needed assistance, they responded promptly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend this room to others. It is truly a rare find for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Me and my partner stayed here from the 29th March 2025 - 12th April 2025, we loved our stay here and the host was very responsive and quick to answer our questions. the unit was as described and everything was clean, we was able to cook and watch TV when we was inside the unit but when we are outside, they is plenty to do at the Azure such as pool, restaurants. the SM Mall is literally right next door so you have plenty of options for food and activities. I highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again.

I have been staying for about a week in Mandaluyong, the apartment was very convenient. It has a comfortable space, a good bed and 2 split airconditioning units which you will need in summer. The kitchen has mostly what you need to cook and The mall and supermarkets are nearby. Getting inside is easy and the guards are really nice. The direct neighborhood doesn't offer entertainment but you'll be on a convenient spot with a short ride. I'd stay again.
