Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Paralia Vergas

This was a perfect place to stay, to be able to walk to the beach or a coffee shop or a restaurant. It was on the second floor, so opening the windows was possible. It was noticeably busy and noisy, like any city, but acceptable due to the location. Everything was clean and a beautiful, older place to stay! We totally enjoyed our stay!

Die Häuschen ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, als wäre man bei jemanden Zuhause - top! Die Kommunikation mit den beiden war sehr sympathisch. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Our stay was exceptional, memorable and completely stress free. The cleanliness and the modern feel was beyond what we expected. Loved the outdoor space as it was child friendly and what a view we had. No stone unturned with facilities and whatever we needed Niko was quick to act. Due to the property being a little distant from supermarket there are an abundance of take aways that deliver up here. My advise is when you do book deliveries or taxi's you explain you are in the AirBNB - ILIOVASILEMA 23 which is on the road to Mani. There is a road called ILIOVASILEMA which is where they get confused, so make sure you mention not the road but the AIRBNB.

Chalet parfaitement situé pour ceux et celles qui veulent rayonner entre 80 et 120 km ( environ ) autour, pour joindre 4 des principaux sites et villages archéologique; De Mystras à Olympie ... Ambiance montagne et calme assuré à 638m d'altitude ; ce chalet dispose d'un équipement ménager exceptionnel, à goûter sans modération et avec délice, bref, un père et son fils très satisfait de leur séjour de 10 jours; Merci Sarantos de nous avoir confié cette résidence. Absolutely beautiful and spacious home! Really close to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. Great that it has parking for two cars. The street/alley that the house is on is quite narrow, especially since there are cars parked on one side, but having the parking area under the building is quite convenient. Very clear communication from the host on check in and out procedures.

We had a great stay at this amazing location. The host is very nice. We also enjoyed the fresh orange juice from the homegrown oranges.

Εξαιρετικο σπιτι! Πεντακαθαρο με ολα οσα χρειαζεται μια οικογενεια! Ακριβως οπως φαινεται στις φωτογραφιες σε πολυ βολικη περιοχη! Οι ιδιοκτητες ειναι αυτο που λεμε "νοικοκυραιοι"....Ευχαριστουμε για την φιλοξενια! Ελπιζουμε να τα ξαναπουμε! Να στε καλα!

Η διαμονή μου ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, περιποιημένο και άνετο, με ωραία αισθητική και ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα. Η τοποθεσία του ιδανικη , κυριολεκτικά λίγα λεπτά από το κέντρο , κάτι που έκανε τις μετακινήσεις πολύ εύκολες. Παρά την κεντρική τοποθεσία, η περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και ιδανική για ξεκούραση. Ενα επίσης πλεονέκτημα ήταν η απίστευτη θέα!! Είτε το πρωί με φυσικό φως είτε το βράδυ με τα φώτα της πόλης. Επιπλέον, ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός και λεπτομερής. Μου παρείχε σαφείς οδηγίες για το σπίτι και πολύ χρήσιμες συμβουλές για τη γύρω περιοχή και τα καλύτερα σημεία της πόλης. Έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένη από τη συνολική εμπειρία και σίγουρα θα πρότεινα αυτό το κατάλυμα σε όποιον επισκεφτεί την πόλη. Ανυπομονώ να επιστρέψω!

Our stay was unfortunately only very short, but we found the accommodation to be welcoming, and cool. ( it was very hot weather). It appeared to have everything we needed, although we didn’t cook any meals the kitchen felt well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the air con was great to cool the room before we went to sleep. Waking up to birds singing and be able to sit in the delightful garden to eat our breakfast, was most relaxing. There was a bbq available, although we didn’t use it. We would most certainly return if visiting this area again.

l'hôte a été très attentionnée en nous offrant un petit repas d'accueil : sandwiches, tomates, mangue, gâteaux, bières, jus de fruits... très appréciable car logement sur les hauteurs du village, au calme, avec balcon et vue, et donne envie de se poser.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was, while still being close to great restaurants and attractions. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering helpful recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s clear they care deeply about creating a great guest experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

ein Ort an dem man sich wohlfühlen kann, toller ausblick, tolle gegend, nette gastgeber :)

Insgesamt waren wir zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft. Der Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Wohnung war neu renoviert worden. Alles war sehr sauber und auch die Küchengeräte waren neu. Besonders praktisch war die Geschirrspülmaschine. Im Wohnbereich und dem Schlafzimmer war jeweils eine Klimaanlage. Die Geräte waren leise und haben auch beim schlafen nicht gestört. Nikos war hilfsbereit und hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten in einen Innenhof gelegen und nachts sehr ruhig. Von der Wohnung aus lässt sich die Einkaufsstrasse und Altstadt gut fussläufig erreichen und der Strand ist mit der Buslinie um die Ecke ebenfalls in rund 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt und Cafés sind direkt um die Ecke. Mit etwas Glück findet man vor der Tür auch einen kostenfreien Parkplatz auf der Straße. Wir haben uns die zwei Wochen in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt!

Der Aufenthalt bei Myrto war einer der schönsten, die ich bisher in Kalamata hatte. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig, was für mich besonders wichtig ist. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir der automatische Check-in. Dieser gab mir eine große Flexibilität bei der Anreise. Die Kommunikation war schnell und jederzeit möglich. Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen und ich werde wiederkommen.

We had a lovely stay at Pyli Apartments! The place was very clean and located in a peaceful area, just a short walk from all the restaurants. It’s the ideal base for exploring the region. We parked in the car park which was a few mins away. Georgio's was very responsive and provided us with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants etc. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the slippers, dressing gowns, and well-stocked amenities.

We had a great time in the flat, good location and great recommendations from our host!

This place is mid-way between the nicer restaurants on f Kalamata and the harbor. We had our best meal in Greece at Kardamo just a short walk from here. Lots of shops nearby.

Logement magnifique, propre, moderne, fonctionnel, spacieux. Plusieurs terrasses. Etendoir a linge (très apprécié quand on fait une lessive). Nous avons été accueillis par Petros, un hôte très aimable et à l'écoute. Toute l'équipe qui gère cet appartement a d'ailleurs été très réactive à tout moment, un grand merci à eux. Un flyer avec des QR codes disponinle dans l'appartememt permet d'obtenir une foule de conseils très utiles sur les différentes activités aux alentours, les restaurants, etc. Le quartier lui-même est situé dans une zone résidentielle calme dont de nombreux bâtiments ont été constuits récemment. Accès à la mer à pied en 10-15 minutes et à la vieille ville en 20 minutes. Ou alors en 2 minutes en voiture. Bref, un excellent séjour dans un magnifique logement et une équipe très accueillante, je recommande à 100%!

Die Tage in eurem wunderschönen Apartment haben wir sehr genossen und uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt: gemütlich, geschmackvoll und voller liebevoller Details. Der grosse Garten und die üppige Frühlingsvegetation waren eine Wohltat für die Seele. Danke Andy und Zein für eure herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die perfekte Auszeit, die wir hier erleben durften. Es war ein kleines Paradies, in dem wir Ruhe, Natur und Genuss gefunden haben.
