House holiday rentals in Paralia Vergas

Ein sehr besonderer Ort direkt am Meer - ich würde wieder dort wohnen wollen! Toller Ausblick, Ruhe und mit dem Auto die kleinen Städte Stoupa und Kardamily in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sowie Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Fragen wurden von dem Host vorab und während des Aufenthalts immer schnell und ausführlich beantwortet.

The villa was perfect for a weeks holiday for two young families with a bathroom and bedroom on each floor. Aglaia was also able to accommodate our request of two travel cots and also provided a high chair which was extremely helpful. The villa was perfectly clean, exactly as the photos and so quiet despite only being a short walk from Stoupa bay, we could even hear the sea in the evening. Aglaia was also a great host, she greeted us on check in and provided clear instructions, she also helped with great local recommendations including the Kardamyli Jazz Fest. Faultless

I believe this place was even better than the photos. There was nothing even remotely negative to say about it. The pool was awesome and the view was stunning. The king bed was so comfortable. Personally I liked that it had two washrooms. Plenty of storage if needed. Totally worth the money, and I hope we can get back soon.

We had a fabulous few days at the end of our road trip, a great place to relax. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the tavernas and shops. The apartment contained everything you could need including the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The pool was warm, situated in a lovely well kept garden with beautiful lighting at night. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and it was great knowing that Eleni was close by in case we needed anything - but we didn’t! Highly recommended. Greece at its best ❤️🇬🇷

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is well equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We were particularly impressed by the well-maintained complex with a shared pool, as well as the stunning view over the Bay of Navarino.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen. De tuin is prachtig het zwembad erg fijn. We hadden niet in de gaten dat de kinderen op een slaapbank moesten slapen in de woonkamer waar je door naar buiten moest. Prachtige omgeving zeker in het najaar om vogels te zien. Bedankt we komen graag een keer terug.

Wonderful stay for our group of 12!!! We were 5 adults and 7 children (ages 7-16). We used both Garden Cellar and Green House which were two separate apartments connected by interior staircase. Lovely garden area and we enjoyed the pool. Great central location in quiet neighborhood.

A truly magical escape for our honeymoon trip! We got married just an hour away in the village of Mirtia and decided to spend 4 days here. The views are absolutely stunning! You walk out of the house and the sea is right in front of you! You can leave the windows open at night to hear the soothing sounds of the ocean. 🌊 We took the paddle boat 🛶 out on the water and it was perfect weather for it. The owners were so thoughtful, sweet and accommodating! They made our experience one that we will remember forever. Theodoros and his wife were kind enough to drop us off and pick us up from the town of Aeropoli. He showed us around the mountains of Mani and was nice enough to also get us meat from the market which we cooked that night in our fully equipped kitchen! He made sure that nothing was missed which made us feel like we were being taken care of like family. We will return again very soon! 😊

A wonderful house, spacious, comfortable, well equiped, off street parking for one car and with several lovely patios to enjoy the outside. We felt at home and happy at once. Restaurants and very relaxed beaches at easy walking distance, the nearest only at 20 mtrs. Kalamata did not really appeal to us but the erea, especially the charming villages along the coast to the east certainly did! Excellent contact with host Vasia, her happy childhood memories are not hard to imagine. Highly recommended!

I have been an AirBnb guest for over a decade and have stayed in dozens of places, and Evgenia's place was one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. The house has everything you need and everything is very clean and well maintained. The terrace and back yard are great for relaxing. Evgenia a kind and helpful host. The location is great with many of the southern Peloponnese an easy drive away. My only regret is that I did not book it for longer. An easy perfect score. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ermis’ house. It’s a charming older home with sweeping verandas upstairs and down. The downstairs veranda has a peaceful garden view and we enjoyed our breakfast in the shade each morning. Upstairs has a view of the sea and the mountains. At the end of the lane are two stone stairways. One leads to a quiet little pebbly beach with breathtaking views and turquoise clear water. The other stairway also leads to a beautiful, little beach; but this time there is also a cluster of restaurants. You have your choice of a more upmarket restaurant (where we enjoyed a lobster meal as we watched the sun set over the sea), a pizza taverna, souvlaki shop and a family run restaurant that serves authentic homemade Greek meals. There’s also a pharmacy. The area is perfect for a romantic getaway. However, for families, there is a safe enclosed garden, a little swing park across the road as well as a paved area with a basketball hoop.

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ χαριτωμένο! Η Σοφία και ο Χρήστος ήταν εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες, πάντα άμεσα διαθέσιμοι και πολύ βοηθητικοί σε ο,τι χρειαζόμασταν!

Εξαιρετικο σπιτι! Πεντακαθαρο με ολα οσα χρειαζεται μια οικογενεια! Ακριβως οπως φαινεται στις φωτογραφιες σε πολυ βολικη περιοχη! Οι ιδιοκτητες ειναι αυτο που λεμε "νοικοκυραιοι"....Ευχαριστουμε για την φιλοξενια! Ελπιζουμε να τα ξαναπουμε! Να στε καλα!

The apartment is well located and nicely furnished including amenities like a coffee machine, washing machine and fast wifi. We felt very much at home here and the hosts were approachable and had great recommendations. We stayed here during the off-season (in May) and the beach directly opposite of the street was full of driftwood and the beach bar closed. So we ended up going to Voidokilias beach most of the time which is roughly 15-20 minutes away and just incredible.

Die Wohnung und der Garten war sehr schön und schattig. Dank der Beschreibung von Kate fanden wir auch sofort den leckersten Kaffee der Region und die schönen Strände in der direkten Nachbarschaft.

Julia супер хозяин ! Отдых превзошел все наши ожидания ! Дом даже лучше чем на фоторгафиях , в домике есть абсолютно все ! Что надо для отдыха и жизни. ! Джулия реагировала на все наши просьбы ! Все очень и очень понравилось !

Chalet parfaitement situé pour ceux et celles qui veulent rayonner entre 80 et 120 km ( environ ) autour, pour joindre 4 des principaux sites et villages archéologique; De Mystras à Olympie ... Ambiance montagne et calme assuré à 638m d'altitude ; ce chalet dispose d'un équipement ménager exceptionnel, à goûter sans modération et avec délice, bref, un père et son fils très satisfait de leur séjour de 10 jours; Merci Sarantos de nous avoir confié cette résidence. Our stay in Agios Nikon was absolutely amazing, the house is spacious and beautiful and the surrounding area is a stunning landscape filled with very friendly locals. Vivi and her husband’s accommodation allowed us to have a wonderful trip that we will never forget. :)

Beautiful location, local shop right next door! Local places to eat within walking distance. Right on the beach. Lovely to sit outside in the courtyard and watch the sea. We visited in May, so it wasn’t too busy at this time of year. Maria was really helpful and always so responsive if we had questions. We loved the local cats. Thank you Maria!

My husband and I had a fantastic week away in this idyllic location. Panagiotis and Vicki were great hosts and responded promptly to any queries. The property is right on the beach and you wake to superb views of the sea. The local restaurants and bars offer fantastic options and perfectly cooked grilled fish at reasonable prices. The locals are very friendly and welcoming providing a lovely community feel. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return.

Marias place is simply superb!! It is certainly the first airbnb that has exceeded my expectations, the space itself is well considered and refined, and totally accommodating in size. The roof terrace is a real joy, with its panoramic views, and so too is the outdoor area, as a place to relax or wash off after the beach. The location is superb, everything you need in the village is walkable and it is a stones throw from the pier and beach which offer great swimming. Maria herself is a great host, who provides plenty of recommendations and suggestions. It was an exemplary stay, somewhere to truly relax and unwind, somewhere we certainly want to return to, and hope to soon...
