Holiday rentals in Paralia Varis

Notre séjour dans cet hébergement air bnb a été tout simplement parfait. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les environs, à seulement quelques kilomètres de la capitale et à 100 mètres d'une petite crique incroyable. C'est un véritable petit coin de paradis où se côtoient bateaux de pêches, cygnes et petits canards. La baignade y est très agréable, et on peut même pêcher et se restaurer dans une taverne idyllique les pieds dans l'eau. L'appartement en lui-même est d'une propreté et d'une modernité remarquable. Ses prestations correspondent aux standards du luxe, et pourtant son prix est plus que raisonnable. Tout le matériel proposé est dernière génération, la cuisine est ultra équipée, le linge est changé une fois par semaine (toutes les serviettes, les draps... du jamais vu !) et la literie est d'un confort luxueux. Mais ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus exceptionnel, c'est l'hôte. D'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité incroyable ! Tout simplement merci et Bravo !

The apartments are very well located in one of the most beautiful beach of Syros. Very close to Ermoupoli where you can spend some nights, very fascinating town. All is clean and nice,Josif the owner is kind and always available if you have any questions. I highly recommend this place close to the beach if you want to relax for the holidays.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Vasilis et sa famille, et en particulier ses parents, Maria et Nikos, qui ont été très généreux et attentifs à nos besoins. La maison est idéalement située, on accède à pied très rapidement à une petite plage charmante. La famille nous met à disposition des transats qui sont bien utiles pour s’allonger confortablement. La plage est fréquentée par d’autres personnes, mais elle n’est jamais bondée et les gens sont discrets. On est proche de la nature, dans un cadre magnifique, loin des cafés bruyants. La maison de Maria et Nikos est juste à côté, ils nous portaient très souvent des figues fraîches et des raisins et nous ont invité à un barbecue très sympathique. Il y a aussi une autre partie louée dans une autre maison à proximité. Mais chacun a ses terrasses privées. L'intimité de tout le monde est préservée. Un séjour authentique, auprès d’une famille très attachante et généreuse. C’était très ressourçant et enrichissant humainement.

We traveled to 3 different islands on this trip and Elpida's place was our absolute favorite. To begin with, Elpida is super responsive; she always answered our questions within 15 minutes. In advance of our stay, she helped us with renting a car and she also allowed us an early check-in. She had great recommendations for restaurants (it was during Greek Easter). The house is wonderful. Well appointed with everything you need. Elpida has a great sense of style and the house felt like checking into a luxury spa. Bathrooms with necessities, fridge with goodies, and some wonderful treats (painted Easter eggs and local Easter sweets). Lovely pool, beach towels, great patio. We like to cook in the evening and the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal.. The beds are very comfortable with different firmness pillows, which is great. If you are traveling to Syros, we highly recommend Elpida's place. You will not be disappointed! *****

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was wonderful. The property is right on the beach and has all facilities. It is perfectly positioned away from the wind too so you can enjoy the balcony and views in all conditions. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Benedict's was a wonderful way to experience Syros for the first time. His home has spectacular views of the sea and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Everything was exactly as described, beds and bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed.

Παρα πολυ ομορφο ολοκαινουριο και ευρυχωρο σπιτι σε εξαιρετικο σημειο ακριβως διπλα στη θαλασσα. Περασαμε τελεια. Ευχαριστουμε για την υπεροχη φιλοξενια !

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά ο χώρος καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος,ο οικοδεσπότης εξυπηρετικός! το σπίτι λίγα μέτρα μακρυά απο τη θάλασσα με απόλυτη ησυχία!!
