Holiday rentals with a patio in Paralia Ofriniou

Eugenia's place was clean and very well organized. The shop and restaurants were close, we went out every night of our stay and the furthest was 10 min away. The beach at Stratoni was almost empty, although there was a beach bar. However, we liked that there was no one and swam around. We also visited nearby beaches even got to go to Amuliani island. We had a very good time. I certainly recommend 🥰

All very well! The only minus was that there is only one bathroom for all three bedrooms.

Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr schöne Lage und sie Gastgeberin super nett und hilfsbereit. Für unsere Familie hat alles perfekt gepasst.

Kampouridis loannis misafirperver ve dost canlısı birisi. Her sorumuza hızlı yanıt verdi. O ve ailesi harika insanlar. Kavala’da ruhunuzu dinleyebileceğiniz harika bir evde kaldık. Sessiz ve temiz bakımlı bir ev. Geniş bir balkonda harika deniz ve şehir manzarası sizleri bekliyor. Gün içerisinde harika plajlarda denize girip, akşam Kavala’da birbirinden lezzetli yemekler yedikten sonra Kampouridis loannis’un evinde gecenin derinliklerine dalarak ruhunuzu dinlendirebilirsiniz. Престоят ни в апартамента в Неа Перамос беше прекрасен! Жилището е чисто, реновирано и модерно, с уютна атмосфера, която допринесе за пълноценната ни почивка. Домакините бяха изключително любезни и отзивчиви и създадоха усещане за грижа и топло посрещане. Локацията е отлична, само на няколко минути пеша от центъра и морето, което прави всичко удобно и достъпно. Останахме много доволни и с удоволствие бихме се върнали отново на същото място догодина!

Great place and a lovely host close to the center of Kavala - situated in the upper part of town with a lovely view to the city from the big terrace. Parking was norma there is a supermarket close to the apartment. We had a great time. Thank you :)

George and Stela are superhosts! They were caring, warm welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We felt as if we were at home. The place is right next to the beach with amazing sea views. Every morning we were enjoying the beautiful sunrise with a warm cup of coffee and had a great start into the day to enjoy the sea and make sweet memories to warm us up during the cold days. The beach in front of the house is awesome with nice sand and crystal water with a lot of fish. Perfect for swimming, paddle board and canoes. Thank you, dear hosts, for having us and for taking care of our top vacation! We would definitely be coming back!

The place looks even better in reality than it does in the pictures. The house and yard are very big and spacious, everything was super clean, well organized and well equipped. The communication was excellent, the host was super responsive and helpful all the time. We felt wonderful and would definitely come back 😊

This is a wonderful place for those who like peace and privacy. A charming villa surrounded by greenery. Spacious, comfortable, every detail is thought out. Very caring and discreet hostess. The kitchen had everything: oil, salt, spices, even water, wine, beer and lemonade for the kids! Perfect!

Ο Παρης και η Χρύσα εξυπηρετικότατοι, μας έδωσαν πολλές πληροφορίες σχετικά με το τι να πάμε και τι να δούμε στο Δοξάτο, τη Δράμα και τη γύρω περιοχή. Το κατάλυμα καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση και σε όμορφο, ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Συνίσταται ανεπιφύλακτα

Çok güzel ve keyifli bir konaklamaydı bizim için. Ev sakin ve güzel bir muhitte. Balkonundan hoş bir manzarası var. Temizliği ve tasarımı da çok iyi. Ev sahibimizin yönlendirmeleri ve yerel tavsiyeleri de çok yardımcı oldu. Özellikle tavsiyesiyle gittiğimiz Savvas restorana bayıldık. Evdeki ikramlar da çok hoş ve memnun ediciydi. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Вики е много любезна. Апартамента е точно до морето и е много удобно и чисто.

Ons verblijf in het huis van Anna was geweldig fijn. Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op zee. Rustige omgeving; want kleine groep huizen, 28 stuks. Niet allemaal continu bewoond. Winkels en restaurants op 20 kilometer afstand. Zowel naar rechts als naar links mogelijk over de rustige provinciale weg. Het huis is comfortabel met horren tegen de kleine vliegjes. En heeft verschillende zitjes binnen en buiten. Alleen de trap vond ik een beetje lastig soms; een leuning zou wel handig zijn. Anna spreekt Grieks maar dat vertaalt prima via de airbnb-berichten. Compagnon Sophia spreekt engels en vertaalde bij aankomst. Zij woont vlakbij en is altijd bereikbaar. Maar wij hadden geen problemen, gewoon een heerlijke vakantie; gelukkig hebben we de foto's nog.

Öncelikle kapalı otopark olması çok büyük bir avantaj. Dubleks ev tertemizdi. Beş kişi kaldık. Herkes kendi odasında ve kimseyi rahatsız etmeden konaklayabildi. Güvenlik açısından da hiçbir sorun olmadı. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Kavala da çok keyifli, küçük bir şehir. Teşekkürler

Ο χώρος είναι πολύ περιποιημένος. Καθαρό και ευρύχωρο μέρος για το μέγεθός του. Θα έλεγα ότι είναι ακόμα καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες!!

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Zusätzlich eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse direkt vor der Tür. Auch der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin lief reibungslos.

Kostas is super friendly and hospitable. He is very responsive and helpful - gave us recommendations, helpful tips and even delicious fruits. His apartment is super close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und idealer Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto die verschiedenen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und wir hatten keinerlei Beschwerden. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, die uns nach aufregenden Tagen eine erholsame Nachtruhe ermöglichte.Ich war mit meinen zwei Töchtern (acht und dreizehn Jahre alt) unterwegs, und auch sie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab viel zu erleben und zu entdecken.
