Holiday rentals in Paralia Ammoudi

Takis was a wonderful host and the property was spotless and beautiful. Takis was extremely helpful during our stay, helping with local recommendations and always available if we needed help. We even received fresh eggs, vegetables and a traditional dessert from his Mother which was a wonderful touch. The house itself was just as described, clean and felt like home! The pool was huge and super clean, fantastic BBQ Grill & area outside too. Overall, we had the best experience in Zakinthos and Takis and his Mother played a huge role in that with all their help and recommendations! Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Harrys’ villa was excellent. The place was beautiful and very clean. There is a great view with a pool that comes right up to the edge of the villa. The air conditioning was strong (great for me and my wife because we like it cold at night). What really stood out was Harrys himself though. He is a wonderful, responsive host. He was there to check us in and brought us US wall adapters for our electronics. When my wife needed to do her hair, he brought over a straightener for us. He gave us a dinner recommendation to Prosilio’s (recommend!) and called the owner to let him know we were coming. When we got there, the owner greeted us and offered us a free dessert on the house. Harrys really made our stay incredible and demonstrated that famous Greek hospitality. 10/10 would recommend and will likely go again.

The best and most accommodating host I have ever met. Super friendly and responsive. Nickos arranged an impressive private boat tour, which was the most memorable experience during our stay in Zakynthos. The villa was great. Clean, good style and has everything needed. The view to the sea was partly interrupted by an unfinished construction nearby. This might be the only downside of this villa. The private beach is shared by three villas and it was not a problem for us. We do recommend water shoes to move in the water. We snorkeled a lot and had great fun there. Lovely experience overall. Hopefully I can be back one day!

Wir waren 10 Tage im Xenios Avlais und hatten eine super tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft war perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man hat eine super Aussicht auf das Meer und ein kleiner Strand ist in wenigen Metern erreichbar, welcher nicht überlaufen ist. Um alles gut erreichen zu können, ist ein Mietwagen auf jeden Fall ein Muss. Danke für den tollen Urlaub, die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

It was like you are living in your home. And the host was so friendly by welcoming us with some foods and so clear with the instructions.

This place was INCREDIBLE. We can't say enough good things about the house and the host. House: The place was immaculate. They've done a beautiful job in the design of the place. There are endless spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and lounge comfortably. The beds and couches were cozy and the views are spectacular. The Location: The house is located on the quieter side of the island and was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing vacation. It was a short drive to half a dozen or more stunning and non-crowded beaches and lots of delicious and charming restaurants. Renting a car is a must and will make exploring the area much easier. The Host: George is the best. He's very responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. He even baked us fresh cookies for our arrival. What a gem. Der Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war wirklich wunderschön, die Anlage stillvoll und ästhetisch eingerichtet, das Personal war super lieb und familär und die Zimmer waren sauber. Absolute Empfehlung, wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Camelia suites. We were greeted by Pigi at the airport, who kindly took us to our suite as well as stopping on the way for a drink. She showed us all the nearby restaurants and shops, which was very helpful for us to find our bearings. She also supplied a book with recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. The villa itself was beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy and exactly like the pictures. The pool and sunbeds were also a lovely addition to the suite. The location was excellent, private and peaceful and within walking distance to the nearby restaurants. Overall, we had a great stay at Pigi’s place and would definitely recommend.
