Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Papeete

Le logement de Chris a répondu grandement à nos attentes. Propriétaire occupant l'étage de la maison, très délicat et discret, nous laissant l'usage de l'espace avec piscine en privé. Logement très spacieux et agréable, donnant sur la piscine et vue sur l'océan. Une vue à couper le souffle et imprenable sur Morea, cet emplacement est simplement exceptionnel. La chienne nous a adoptés de suite, elle est adorable, présente mais pas gênante. Nous recommandons sans réserve la maison de Chris et sa compagne.

We loved our stay! The pool was wonderful. The snorkeling was amazing and literally out the back door. Our 6 and 8 year olds were able to enjoy chasing fish and playing with crabs in the shallows. There are markers out in the coral reef indicating the coral trail. This is some of the biggest and most elaborate coral I have ever seen. We saw giant sea anemones, I’ve never seen anything like it! The paddle board was nice to take out snorkeling with kids so they had a place to rest if needed. Most of the property has been remodeled and is very modern, the exception being the powder room. The kitchen opens to the back area with barstools at the counter, we ate here most of the time. The doors open in front and back letting a nice breeze blow through. Be prepared for mosquitos because, remember where you are. Amazing fenced in outdoor space for kids to roam and mango tree in the front. Henri accommodated our early arrival. Some noise from public park next door, not bad.

We spent 4 nights at Tea's place and couldn't be happier with the choice. Tea was extremely accommodating and allowed an early check in at 5am(!) since we had an overnight flight. The location is phenomenal - you are right on the best beach of the island. I was concerned that the house doesn't have an AC, however the ocean breeze and the traditional Polynesian structure of the house made it a no issue. There's also a few fans if needed. Highly recommend!

I loved my stay here! Very comfortable and relaxing. I was the only one staying so I had the large back patio and kitchen to myself. Natalie and her family were very helpful with anything I needed. I didn’t have a car and the walk up and down the hill is quite challenging but with good shoes, it was fine and I got used to it as part of my day. Close to many shops and bus lines.

The house was exactly as the photos. Beautiful home with a grassy front yard with access to the beautiful beach. They provide a paddle board and a kayak; great for us, we used it daily. You definitely need a car since it is located off the main road about 15 min from airport. The house was nice, clean and spacious for our group of 5. Two of the bedrooms and a bathroom are detached from the main house. Loved this Airbnb and the fact that it is on the beach made it so much more fun! definitely recommend this Airbnb. The agency is very responsive and helpful.

Florence et son mari sont des hôtes très agréables et sympathiques. Ils savent accueillir leurs hôtes avec beaucoup d’attention. Florence est de très bon conseil sur les activités, visites et restaurants. Nous avons apprécié de séjourner chez eux et reviendrons avec plaisir si l’opportunité de revenir à Tahiti se présente. Un grand merci à eux.

what a beautiful place to stay. We found this last minute and so glad that we did. a beautiful place with outdoor seati g area and nice big grass area and so close to the beautiful beach. when I come back, I will definitely be staying here.

Le logement est parfait, propre et exactement comme sur les photos. Vous avez pleins de restaurants a proximité et même un magasin Champion pour faire vos course. Tout est accessible à pieds. L’hôte est très réactif, elle répond vite et disponible pour nous besoin. Je recommande cette appartement. Nous n’avions pas de véhicule mais il y’a pleins de taxis disponible à proximité. 10/10 pour l’emplacement, les hôtes, et l’appartement. ps: il y’a la route très passante devant le bâtiment et l’appartement c’est du simple vitrage alors attention pour les gens au sommeil léger. Pour moi pas de problème.

Très bel appartement au calme dans résidence sécurisée avec mobilier et équipements de qualité (meubles / electromenager / literie). Très belle terrasse avec jardinet fleuri. Propreté impeccable ! Accès à la piscine dans résidence d'à côté (50 mètres). Parking couvert. Véhicule indispensable car il n'y a rien à distance de marche raisonnable et en haut d'une côte assez raide. Supermarché à 5min à peine en voiture/ 15 min du centre de Papeete. Très bonne communication avec Clémentine de l'agence de gestion qui est très réactive (a résolu un petit problème de conection à netflix en peu de temps). Très satisfait de mon séjour dans cet appartement. Je recommande !

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne chez Julia et c’est à nouveau un excellent séjour. Un beau petit appartement très bien équipé et entretenu et avec une vue splendide sur Moorea. Julia est toujours très accueillante et réactive. Un vrai plaisir. J’espère pourvoir y retourner.

Looking at the building from outside appeared a little deceiving, but the place is truly a gem. It did take some time figuring out the directions, from getting into the gate, to the basement garage, to the codes for all entries, but in the end it was all worth it. Bradley’s place was clean, beautiful and spacious, in a good location with a great view of the water and Mo’orea from the large open balcony. The fresh flowers in the bathrooms and living room left a long lasting fragrance was a nice touch! Plenty of food options nearby, as well as beach options. Papeete and the airport is a short drive away. Bradley was helpful and responsive to questions. Overall, an excellent stay in a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, large open floor and large balcony place!

Super schöne Anlage und guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Tahiti Aufenthalt. Man benötigt aber einen Mietwagen. Toller Pool.

Superbe appartement situé à quelques kilomètres de l’aéroport, en haut d’une colline offrant une magnifique vue sur l’île de Tahiti ainsi que Moorea. L’appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé en électroménager, avec une terrasse. Une voiture est nécessaire mais pour profiter pleinement de Tahiti une voiture s’impose, l’accès peut sembler compliqué mais rien de difficile malgré 3 années sans qu’on ait touché une voiture. Carine et Alexandre sont des supers hôtes, très sympathiques, serviables et flexibles. En quelques minutes de voiture vous avez accès aux plus belles plages de Tahiti pour le snorkeling, un immense carrefour, des restaurants… bref sûrement le logement idéal pour des vacances à Tahiti. NB : leur chien est un amour

The apartment is well-equipped with various appliances to make your stay more relaxing. You're also not too far from downtown Papeete, it is a 5-minute car ride or a 20-minute walk. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning system works flawlessly. My stay here was made more enjoyable because Valerie is an attentive host. She provided me with a thorough walk-through of the apartment when I arrived and was consistently responsive to my questions. She was a fantastic host!

Toujours aussi parfait !! Isabelle et benjamin ont été super réactif...un jour férié nous prendre une nouvelle machine a café c'était du luxe et un privilège ! Nous avons donc pu discuter de vive voix et ce fut très sympa de partager ! on adore et la piscine qui vient d'être rénové était juste trop bien !!! baignade tous les jours !! excellent séjour recommandé à 100%

Gaëlle makes everything super easy! Absolutely a superior host. Apartment is very nice and well cared for. Will definitely stay in her properties again.

It's very clean and modern. The view and pool are highlights. It's in a gated community up on a hill, so it's quiet with no street noise. We had our two year old son with us and he loved the pool and the balcony.

The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking — every morning began with the sight of rolling waves and the soothing sound of the ocean, which we could hear even with the glass doors closed. Falling asleep to the peaceful rhythm of the waves was pure bliss. Each day brought something special: in the mornings, we’d watch local fishermen bringing in their catch, and by afternoon, local surfers would take on the waves right in front of us. It was like having a little slice of coastal life right outside our door. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The water pressure in the shower was excellent — one of the best we’ve experienced — and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. We would return in a heartbeat!

Nous cherchions un endroit reposant, accueillant, paisible pour nous reposer : pari tenu ! L'appartement est incroyable, fidèle à xe qui est décrit. Manuarii nous a très bien reçu. Hâte de revenir un jour !

Our trip was absolutely perfect to Tahiti. The accommodation was beautiful… Ideal location on a private beach with a beautiful view of neighboring island. The space was ample the pool area was beautiful, new complex with gorgeous garden as well. Highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer.!

The instructions were very clear, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location is great! 10 min from the airport, supermarkets nearby, and really close to beautiful beaches. Highly recommend as your base to explore the island :)
