Apartament oferuje jeszcze jeden plus o którym nie wspomina gospodarz. W tym mieszkaniu czujesz się jakbyś mieszkał od lat w Atenach wraz ze swoimi bardzo miłymi sąsiadami. Rano wszyscy napotkani mówią ci dzień dobry, uśmiechają się i życzą miłego dnia. Poza tym miejsce fantastycznie położone bo niby w centrum a jednak pozwala na dużą spokój ze względu na graniczący duży zielony skwer. Prywatny parking nieoceniona wygoda. Ogólnie powiem tak, jak ponownie będziemy w Atenach ( a będziemy na pewno bo kochamy to miasto) na oczywiście zatrzymamy się w tym miejscu. Gorąco polecamy

The apartment is an almost intact jewel from the 1970s. Fun to stay and easy to get into town, to Piraeus, to beaches. Very private, full of light and well equipped. Set well back from the main road (which is still a bit noisy) in a quiet residential area.

I would like to thank Rinaldo so much for his hospitality. The apartment & the facilities were exactly as described at the advertisement. The host (Rinaldo) was responding immediately to my phone call & he was always so friendly. Furthermore, he allowed me to stay some more few hours to the apartment since my flight was in the evening. His apartment is strongly recommended & next time I will be in Athens it will be my first priority for my accommodation!!! Rinaldo, once again THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!

This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

si vous recherchez la tranquilité, les espaces verts en banlieu d'Athènes, le logement et l'hôtesse sont fantastiques. à 5 minutes de la mer et à 5 minutes d'une rue avec restaurants, terrasses, boutiques et supermarchés, vous ne pouvez vous tromper en résidant chez Maria. En plus, elle nous a suggéré un petit restaurant sur la plage où tout était parfait: le service, la nourriture, la vue, le tout à un prix fort raisonnable. Revenir, je rechercherais à nouveau le logement de Maria, à 20-25 minutes de l'Acropole. On sent que Maria est une hôte depuis plusieurs années car même si la cuisine est petite, tout y est. Les équipements sont très adéquats.

I had a wonderful time staying at Louis’s Apartment. The Apartment was just as described; clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for getting around, with the metro and bus stop just steps away, making it effortless to explore Athens. Louis was a great host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. If I’m back in Athens, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Eşim ve iki kızımla 3 gün kaldık, kendi evimizdeymisiz gibi rahat ettik. Cumartesi günleri pazar var, oradan alışveriş yaptık. Metroya çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Hem Atina merkeze, hem de plajlara yakın olmak istiyorsanız, burası konum olarak çok başarılı.

Fantastic Airbnb experience from start to finish, Kleio has excellent communication, super friendly and helpful, the apartment is beautiful, very thoughtfully designed and contains everything you could ever think of for a home from home. I would recommend to anyone and would certainly book again got our next trip to Athens.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Maria and Manolis place was wonderful. It is in an excellent location, 12 minutes from the airport. It is private , secluded and the actual property is an ecosystem dream , with many animals, plants and things to explore. Although we didn’t have time to do so ,I will upon my return. The apartment is filled with many convenience items and Manolis was very helpful with full explanations of everything on the property. They are both very friendly and excellent hosts! You must be appreciative and accepting of the nature that is on their property, including the wonderful chickens and roosters.😊

Die Wohnung und die Lage war für uns das absolute Highlight. Wohnung: sehr großzügig, hochwertig eingerichtet, schöne Bettwäsche und Handtücher, alles vorhanden, um sich direkt wohlzufühlen. Zum Empfang lagen bereits Milch, Butter etc. im Kühlschrank. Lage: zentral, sichere Gegend, zu Fuß tolle Restaurants und Cafés, Boutiquen zum schlendern, alle öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Einziges Manko ist die Lautstärke. Die kleinen Straßen sind tatsächlich viel befahren und es klingt halt wie in einer Großstadt 😉 Ab dem 4. Tag hatten wir uns allerdings auch daran gewöhnt. Michalia eine tolle Gastgeberin, jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden diese tolle Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Great host and location was next to the metro which gave really easy access to the centre and etc. would visit again.

My son and I had two nights at Constantines place. He was very approachable and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment before checking in and once it was ready for us his cleaner kindly texted us that it was ready. Constantine gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the taxi driver he recommended, Spartacus, and also a local cafe Loukas which was excellent. It’s a nice neighbourhood, we visited the Greek War Museum and were able to walk there in under 5 minutes, it’s also close to the Metro. The apartment itself wants for nothing- it’s got all mod cons, is very comfortable, lovely balcony, blackout blinds, great decor and Constantine has thought of everything. Delighted with our stay, wish it could have been longer- but hopefully we will be back, and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. Check in instructions were easy but getting used to opening the door was a little tricky at first. Our host was very responsive and helped us with our check in. The apartment was very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, walkable, and a great place to mix with the locals. We loved our times in Athens and will definitely return!

Wir haben uns mit 6 Personen ( 3 Paarr) sofort wohlgefühlt. 3 Badezimmer fanden wir klasse, Inneneinrichtung alles recht neu und modern. Mit der Metro Linie 3 gut zu erreichen, in 15-20 mi mitten drin. Alles klasse - Danke für die schönen Tage in dieser schönen Stadt!

Great flat, matches the description and photos. Easily walkable to the Acropolis and Plaka. Main road is not noisy in the flat but excellent access to rental cars, taxis and buses (down Piraeus). Would recommend.

Rhodric’s apartment is a superb place for as longer stay in the Athens region. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants and beaches less than 10 minutes drive away, easy access to downtown Athens and to the south of the Attic Peninsula. The apartment is spacious, the garden- like backyard and the pool are nicely shielded from local winds - you feel like in a villa in the countryside even though you’re right in the middle of Athen’s Glyfada suburb with even a direct view onto the sea. A rental car is highly recommended; you can park it in a private and covered parking lot. The place easily accommodates four guests. Excellent communication and every wish fulfilled within minutes. Couldn’t have been any better!

Everything we needed was there, and the space quickly became our cozy retreat in the heart of Athens. John was an exceptional host: always available, kind, and attentive without ever being intrusive. He made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay and was always ready to help with any questions or needs. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shops, cafes, public transport, and all the best parts of Athens. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host.
