Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

La casa è pulitissima, ordinata. cucina ben attrezzata, lenzuola pulitissima. Molto accogliente.

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Πολύ ωραίος χώρος και περιοχή. Επίσης η Λουκία άψογη σαν οικοδεσπότης. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα.

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Ο χώρος και το σπίτι είναι καλύτερα κι από τις φωτογραφίες και ξεπερνάει τις προσδοκίες σου. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και προσεγμένο με κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Από τα πολύ θετικά ή άμεση επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες για κάθε απορία και οι ακριβείς οδηγίες. Το μέρος είναι ήσυχο κι απομονωμένο. Το αξιοποιήσαμε για να περάσουμε χρόνο με τους φίλους μας και να ψήσουμε στην βεράντα, πάντα με σεβασμό προς την ιδιοκτησία του οικοδεσπότη. Θα το ξανα προτιμήσω!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

My family and I have been lucky enough to stay at Rhodric & Angeliks place a few times while we are in Athens. It has consistently been tidy and clean each time. We are mostly grateful for the hospitality they provide, if anything is needed from us they make sure to meet any needs we have. The safe and quiet neighborhood makes this home the best place for a family getaway. Cannot recommend it enough!

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.

Piso muy espacioso y cómodo. Cuidado y bonito. Una terraza increíble. Cerca de metro para visitar los sitios turísticos. Buena zona con servicios: súper, restaurantes... Isabelle responde inmediatamente, muy eficaz para prestar la ayuda necesaria. Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable.

Very responsive and friendly host who went above and beyond to help us find things to do before we arrived. Even helped arrange transport to the room. Highly recommend. There is a park behind the room where you can walk to historical sites and see the Acropolis with beautiful views.

I came to Athens for some treatment so I was looking for somewhere safe and quiet to stay but also not so far from coffee shops and restaurants. Camilla’s beautiful apartment fit the bill and then some. It was spacious, light, airy and with 3 balcony’s, I was able to enjoy the amazing views and be able to relax. I had no problems working remotely here, WiFi connection is excellent. The place itself is so well laid out and every possible amenity was catered for. Location wise, you’re close to local shops, supermarkets all within close proximity. This place was an absolute haven for the couple of weeks I was there and felt completely at home. Camilla came to meet me at the property and provided really helpful information, she was super flexible on check in times and fast to respond. It was a joy to stay here!

A spotless and tastefully decorated apartment with comfortable beds and lovely balconies. It had plenty of space for our family of three. It is very convenient for driving to the airport. It is less convenient for visiting central Athens (€20 taxi).

Le logement est conforme aux photos et à la description. Il est situé au dernier étage (5ème) d'un petit immeuble calme. Les arrêts de bus sont juste devant l'immeuble et le trajet pour l'hyper-centre prend 25-30 minutes maximum (bus + métro). A quelques pas de l'immeuble se trouvent divers commerces (supérettes, restaurants, boulangerie ...). Enfin, Alexandre est un hôte réactif et de bon conseil. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Ο χώρος είναι άνετος και καλαίσθητος, αλλά αυτό που πραγματικά κάνει τη διαφορά είναι η εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από τον οικοδεσπότη. Από την πρώτη στιγμή μας έκανε να νιώσουμε ευπρόσδεκτοι και ήταν πάντα εκεί για να βοηθήσει με οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη είχαμε. Προτείνεται.

The space is perfectly comfortable for a solo traveler. Irene and her daughter were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I was genuinely impressed by the thoughtful gesture of offering me a toast, and I appreciated that the fridge was stocked with essentials, including coffee of my preference. The balcony is truly charming — a peaceful spot ideal for relaxation or meditation. Overall, a warm and serene environment that made me feel at home.
