Ilias is a great host and the apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It's very clean and tidy, restfully decorated and free of clutter. Highly recommend! Location is great if you're in Athens without a car - metro station is a few minutes away, as well as a few bus stops that connect you to the more remote parts of town. There are some nice bakeries in the area and a small shop that's open 24/7. This is a great option for a stay in Athens, especially for families.

Great accomodation

Athanasios's place was exactly as described! Very clean and with more than enough amenities. The terrace was the highlight of the house, a calm oasis in Chalandri. The location is both close to the metro as well as the center of Chalandri's region, with plenty of things to do. Athanasios was extremely friendly and proactive, helping with extra things needed for a small baby and providing all the necessary information and solutions. Highly recommended!

Όμορφο, ζεστό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι σε όμορφη γειτονία κοντά στο μετρό. Η Γιούλη ήταν φιλική και άμεσα προσβάσιμη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ήταν μια επιλογή που μετά χαράς θα την ξανακάναμε. Πολύ ωραίο και άνετο μέρος!

Θα ήθελα πρωταρχικά να αναφερθώ στην πρώτη εικόνα που είχα μόλις εισήλθα στον εξαιρετικό σε όλα τα επίπεδα κήπο του Γιώργου! Δέχθηκα μια φανταστική υποδοχή από τον ίδιο και επίσης εξαιρετικό άνθρωπο και πατέρα του κ.Γιαννη! Ήταν τόσο ευπρόσδεκτοι και ευγενικοί που μου έδωσαν από το πρώτο λεπτό να νιώσω την ζεστασιά του οικογενειακού κλίματος και παράλληλα μια ασφάλεια στον χώρο! Κάθε μέρα προσπαθούσαν με κάθε τρόπο να μάθουν και να με βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε και αν χρειαζόμουν είτε αφορούσε το σπίτι είτε είχε να κάνει με κάθε άλλη πληροφορία που θα μπορούσα να έχω!Τώρα όσον αφορά Σπίτι που έκλεισα να μείνω η πρώτη εικόνα που είχα ήταν ακριβώς όπως το είχα δει στις φωτογραφίες!Ένας χώρος πεντακάθαρος που κάθε του γωνία την είχε εκμεταλλευτεί στο έπακρο ο Γιώργος!Είχε μια φανταστική αρμονία που έδεναν όλα μεταξύ τους!Τα έπιπλα ήταν σε Άψογη κατάσταση όπως και οτιδήποτε άλλο υπήρχε μέσα στο σπίτι Ένας υπέρ συγχρόνως χορός Που θα καλύψει όλες τις ανάγκες Μην το σκέφτεσαι book now trust me !

We'd love to choose this apartment again for our next visit to Athens! Lovely apartment offering everything you'd possibly need. We chose the apartment for its vicinity to local transport and was the best entering point into Athens we could wish for (5 min to next metro stop to the city, 2 min to busses brining you to beaches in the south). You get perfect instructions on how to get there (we arrived from airport via metro) and helpful information like where you could store your luggage if you need to store it after check-out. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment offers everything you'd need, even some tabs for washing machine, dish washer and a lemon squeezer. Communication with upstreet team was easy, fast and nice. Thanks!

Excellent place in a good area in Athens ! The apartment is very clean, big and nicely designed. The area is very good with very easy access to the center, metro and many other points of interest. Right next to coffee and breakfast places (mpougatsa thessalonikis for proper pastry lovers). Amazing and very reaponsive hosts that also arrange airport transfers !

I had not been to Agia Paraskevi in earlier trips to Athens - Ouiliam's loft is on a quiet side-steet, had an updated kitchen, the bed was incredibly comfortable. I arrived very early and Ouiliam was able to get me into the place earlier than expected ! That was such a life-saver. Very responsive and quick. I would definitely stay here again.

I would like to thank Rinaldo so much for his hospitality. The apartment & the facilities were exactly as described at the advertisement. The host (Rinaldo) was responding immediately to my phone call & he was always so friendly. Furthermore, he allowed me to stay some more few hours to the apartment since my flight was in the evening. His apartment is strongly recommended & next time I will be in Athens it will be my first priority for my accommodation!!! Rinaldo, once again THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!

I had a really great time staying here. I did not meet the hosts, but checking in was very easy. Elevator to the 7th floor, and then stairs to the roof. The room was wonderful, and I loved the relative privacy on the roof. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was nice. Only thing missing was a microwave. The bathroom was tiny, but functional. Air condition worked perfectly. Internet was fast, but it could slow down during the day. Parking outside can be difficult, but sometimes there are free spaces nearby. I really loved staying here, and I would love to stay again when in Athens. Highly recommended.

Le logement est conforme aux photos et à la description. Il est situé au dernier étage (5ème) d'un petit immeuble calme. Les arrêts de bus sont juste devant l'immeuble et le trajet pour l'hyper-centre prend 25-30 minutes maximum (bus + métro). A quelques pas de l'immeuble se trouvent divers commerces (supérettes, restaurants, boulangerie ...). Enfin, Alexandre est un hôte réactif et de bon conseil. Nous recommandons ce logement.

ganz wunderbar sympathische Gastgeber mit einer tollen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung und besonders der Ausblick hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Bus ins Zentrum fährt direkt vor der Türe ab, eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel ist fussläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen ♡

Unreal. The most amazing place that we’ve had the chance to stay in absolutely loved it. It’s literally breathtaking and the hot tub with the view is a vibe. The view from this apartment may even be better than a lot of the best rooftop bars in Athens. Gina was awesome ❤️ She’s extremely helpful, kind, and she made an already awesome stay even better with her welcoming personality. Not enough great things can be said about this place we loved our stay I would highly recommend the place to everyone.

My stay at Alfiario’s apartment was a true Airbnb experience. Alfiario was easy contactable, proactive, and welcomed us with open arms on arrival. She also took the time to recommend surrounding attractions and dining options, which we have found to be truly delightable. Very comfortable accommodation, I highly recommend Alfiaro’s accommodation, especially if you want to stay away from the typical tourist traps.

It is quite a rare occasion at this point to find a place in Athens that truly enriches your stay. This is one of those few remaining places where you get to immerse yourself in another person‘s place and life for a bit. The kitchen, library, balcony and living room took me back to summers in my family’s place in Athens - a liminal experience between nostalgia and novelty. Meeting the host in person was also a highlight of the stay. Thank you Iason!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

Viktor was an amazing host. Before we got to Greece he sent clear instructions on how to access the property and kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. Very responsive and helpful and we couldnt have asked for a better host, thank you.

We had a wonderful time in Athens. The location was perfect because it was close enough to some restaurants, yet far enough away from the main tourist areas, so it was quiet and peaceful at night. The view of Parthenon was incredible! I highly recommend staying here.
