We absolutely loved this villa! It was in the perfect location, 10 minutes walking distance from Finns, Atlas, the beach, so many nice cafes, restaurants and shops! It’s tucked away in the street, so it’s not too noisy but still extremely easy to access from the main street. Kadek was very quick to respond and very friendly! Cleaners came everyday and kept the place spotless! Will definitely come again :)

A fantastic stay at this villa. The team from the time of booking all the way through to the end of the stay were fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for more. The villa was lovely. The location perfect, and an amazing place to just relax or be as busy as you want.

Casa Papaya was a dream! The hospitality of the management team (Gusty) was beyond words. They greeted us with fresh fruit, coconuts, and a sweet note. All the facilities for a comfortable stay were there - new dishes and kitchen appliances, coffee machine with pods, fresh towels, fresh hotel-like bedding. But the best part is the aura of this villa. I felt at home. The village of Kedungu is small and cozy, with little pretty secret spots. The management even had those places printed as suggestions in stylish personalized booklets. The management was also very responsive for any needs. I fell in love with the place, had the best “cinematic” memories made there, and cannot wait to come again <3

Liana was a 12/10 host! So responsive and so so helpful! Lots of great recommendations and made us feel right at home! Will absolutely book again in the future!

What an amazing Villa! One of my favourite I have ever stayed in. Firstly, the place is beautiful. It has an amazing view also. Secondly the staff were exceptional - the cleaners were lovely and if I had any issues I could contact the other staff and would have a swift reply. Would defo recommend! :)

Absolutely loved Skaia's Villa! so beautifully decorated! A lot of thought and love was put into this Villa. Upstairs you can shower and look out over the field area. Beds were nice and comfy, air cons, ceiling fans, cooking facilities, water filter. If you have a scooter or happy to book gojek to cafes, bars or massages or order in (cause you won't want to leave) - then it will be perfect for you. note: there is a mini mart at the end of the lane and nice coffee and antiques place 8 mins walk. away. We had a fantastic stay at Casa Nook! The location is excellent – perfectly situated between Canggu and Seminyak, with thousands of amazing cafés and restaurants nearby, many of them even within walking distance. The villa itself is spacious and well-designed. There’s a large pool and plenty of outdoor space to relax, with sun almost all day and enough shaded areas to stay cool when needed. We especially appreciated that the living room and kitchen can be fully closed off, which made everything feel more comfortable. Putu was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay, and Cain always responded quickly to any questions we had. The only small challenge was finding the villa at first – a photo of the entrance from the street would have been really helpful. There is a club nearby which seems to only open on weekends - so expect some noise at the weekend. Other than that, everything was perfect. We’d definitely come back!

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was quite nice. Very close to the main Seminyak street with all the hustle and bustle. The staff was very responsive, respectful and helpful. I had a great time here and loved the service

Had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was clean, tidy, and very well-maintained. Each room had its own separate toilet and bathroom, all spotless and convenient. The swimming pool was great for relaxing. The host and co-hosts were amazing. They are responsive to every single request and arranged free cleanings twice during our stay. They also helped us arrange a beautiful floating breakfast with a private chef, which made the experience even more special. The location is perfect: just a short walk to a mini-mart, laundry services, and several beach clubs. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

if leaving 1 star for having to leave this little paradise on heaven was acceptable I would, from arriving it has a beautiful security gate and carprot to keep you safe and sound, you walk through the double doors and wow, palm trees banana leaves as far as the eye can see, a massive 10m pool that covers my 6ft shoulders, George and the team had it baby proof for our family with gates, high chairs you name it. the house it's self the pictures are spot on but there is seriously some room in the yard, house, and bedrooms main living are huge! we loved it soo much! we are already considering rebooking June, our downside which is nothing with the villa but the canngu area, the traffic is horrendous after 6pm can take 1 hour min to drive 4km in a car! thank you once again George and Dimas you guys have shown us hotels are actually way overrated you can have your own paradise and privacy just by staying here.

Overall it’s a nice villa !! My friends & I stayed for 6D5N, we used the pool once, realised that the bottom of the pool wasn’t really cleaned, just surface. But still sufficient for us. Host offered to clean the house every 2 days, appreciated it ALOT. Bathroom lock were not available/working, the shampoo & shower gel was placed kinda far from the shower itself haha, would be nice to have compartment at the shower to place it. I wished there were curtain at the bedroom where our feet were facing the windows (but it’s just personal preference). We also experienced a power trip & water cut, but slightly over an hour it came back. But overall, we enjoyed our stay in this villa , those minor inconvenience did not affected much. Please do stay in this villa. Host was really good at checking up on us frequently, even offered for driver to picked us up from airport. Clean villa, good location, good amenities, with strong wifi connection.

This is a wonderful place, I love the location it’s very easy to get around and super convenient with the large supermarket at a close proximity. Ayu is so lovely and helpful, the place is kept clean as she is here everyday. The area is big and open which is great for company. The cats are very cute and easy to live with. Would certainly recommend this place and would come back. Also recommend for solo travellers it’s a beautiful and cosy place.

This place was amazing! Gorgeous villa and the BEST staff. They were so kind and helpful throughout my stay with anything I needed. Also in a great area... Close to a road in Pererenan that has all the best cafes, shops, etc but set back so it's incredibly quiet & peaceful. Definitely recommend!

Wow! My kids said it best when they walked in “I didn’t know Balinese style can be so beautiful”. And on the last day, they asked if we could come back to “the most beautiful AirBnB” they have ever stayed in! The Balinese styled pool is just stunning and water is always warm and inviting . We love lounging by the pool, listening to the coos of the birds, and relaxing (much better than any beach club in Bali!). We enjoyed breakfast at Mewali 2 min walk away, and sunset walks 5 min away at Seseh beach. Check out Alus Warung or Pantai Warung Seseh on the beach around sunset time nearby too. Location is so tranquil yet only abt 12 min away to the trendy shops and restaurants of Pererenan. What a wonderful stay with friendly staff. We felt really well taken care of and safe throughout our stay. Special thanks to Sri who is always kind, and very responsive! It was such a restful stay and we love to be back!

ik heb een geweldig verblijf gehad in de villa! Goede communicatie gehad met Zack, hij is attent, reageert snel en zeer behulpzaam. ik kom zeker nog een keer terug! helemaal top!

It's a beautiful villa. It is located in a quiet location, away from the road, there is no construction site nearby, and there is silence all around. We were worried that there would be insects there, but there weren't any at all. The villa is spacious and has everything you need. The pool is big enough, it has always been clean. General cleaning was carried out 3 times a week. The owner was always quick to respond to messages and helped with any questions. It was a little unclear how the case with the key to the villa opened, the lid had to be pulled harder. We were very pleased. Thanks!

Host was perfect, accommodating and could converse in perfect English. They provided daily cleaning and everything was smooth. Great host and villa all in all. :)
