Sehr ruhig, schön und idyllisch gelegenes Haus direkt am Fließ etwas abseits vom Trubel und mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Das Haus ist individuell und mit einem gewissen Charme, der in die Umgebung passt, eingerichtet. Es konnte direkt angefahren werden aber geparkt werden musste auf einem großen Parkplatz in der Nähe, der kostenfrei war. Check in und out liefen reibungslos und wir haben uns dort sehr gut erholt.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

Wir waren im Mai 2025 für eine gute Woche im Ferienhaus am See und haben diese Zeit der Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Häuschen liegt direkt am Rahmersee und der Blick vom Wintergarten auf den See ist zu jeder Tages- und Jahreszeit einfach traumhaft. Wer Ruhe sucht, fernab von jedem Trubel, ist hier wunderbar aufgehoben. Auch für unseren Hund war das Ferienhaus mit dem schönen Naturgarten ein großes Vergnügen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wir waren mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern und Hund für etwas mehr als eine Woche vor Ort. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und konnten die Wohnung als Startpunkt für einige Ausflüge nutzen. Unter anderem dank des eingezäunten Gartens konnten wir es auch zu Hause sehr gut aushalten. Lediglich der Lärm der startenden Flugzeuge war für uns Landmenschen ungewohnt aber dennoch aushaltbar. Sofern es sich ergibt kommen wir gern wieder!

Myself and 3 friends had the pleasure of staying at Clay Gardens for 4 nights. The house was amazing and had everything and more that you will need. House was immaculate with great facilities. Supermarket was close by with easy access to public transport also. Thomas was a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly. Thank you Thomas!

We absolutely loved Aaron’s unique apartment with all it’s beautiful art works, balcony and all necessities you need! Aaron was super accommodating and friendly, the apartment is located in a lovely area near restaurants and cafeterias. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We stayed at Marcus' place for 4 nights and we enjoyed all of them! Marcus and his wife were very kind and helpful. The house was very clean, with all amenities as per description. The garden amazing! I cannot speak enough of the tranquility this place offers! I believe that photos do not do justice at this place. It is much better! We would surely stay again.

Travelling with my puppy has not been easy, but here, it was possible to relax immediately due to private garden and privacy in general. A lot of woods and green spaces nearby to explore was also a hightlight. Groceries & co 1 tram station away. or a 15-minute walk All in all, for those looking for a place to relax and enjoy the green outskirts from Berlin, I would definetely reccomend.

Sehr schönes Cottage, in der Natur, sehr grün. mit Hühner sogar :-)... perfekt für alle, die es auf dem Land mögen! Sehr gross, gut eingerichtet, praktisch, ruhig, wirklich zu empfehlen. Terrasse, Nature, grün, also viel Charme. Unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeber. 2 anderen Wohneinheiten für AriBnb im gleiche Gebäude, andere Gäste auch sehr freundlich. Eine tolle Stimmung insgesamt.

Perfeito apartamento, limpeza e localização. Henrik é uma ótima pessoa com muita dedicação e paciência para lidar com os hóspedes. Amei e no próximo ano pretendo ficar nesse apto de novo.

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Berlijn en voelde ons heel erg thuis in het huisje in Lichtenberg. Los van de prettige omgeving en vriendelijke mensen in de buurt, was onze ervaring en communicatie met de host ook erg goed. 5/5 sterren!

Als je met 10 man naar Berlijn gaat om de hele dag door de stad te lopen, snel om te kleden, en dan de hele avond weer op pad te zijn, heb je niet meer nodig dan 10 slaapplaatsen en 2 badkamers. En dat is precies wat deze ruimte biedt. Je gaat hier niet de hele dag binnen zitten. Je gaat hier geen eten koken voor 10 man. Maar je kan er prima je in de buurt gekochte ontbijtje eten, terwijl de rest aan het douchen is en zich klaarmaakt voor de dag. Al met al een prima uitvalsbasis voor een vriendentrip naar Berlijn. Zou hier zo weer heen komen als ik met een grote groep naar de stad wil.

Sofia is a gracious host offering a lovely place to stay. Tastefully decorated with sustainability in mind. Easy access to subways, short walk to riverbank for river cruise. Lovely breakfast restaurant downstairs. All amenities were as described. Helpful for future visits would be a microwave and a coffee maker. Loved the floor heating and deep bathtub! We’ll gladly stay at Sofia’s place again.

The apartment looks nicer then in the pictures and feels bigger then expected. There is a really big bedroom and the whole apartment is really nicely decorated. In the end we were sad because we didn't had enough time "at home" because the place is so nice. And these chairs outside.. kinda as you have your own backyard. If you did not get it from the pictures - you are on the ground floor and people may walk by your windows (bedroom too), but that's not on the street side and only the ones who have the key can go inside and to be honest, we have just seen two people passing by + there are big curtains and automatic roller shutters so we felt totally okay. Would come here again.

Ich hatte einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Downtown Apartments in Berlin! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – jede Mitarbeiterin, mit der ich Kontakt hatte, war äußerst zuvorkommend und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Von der Ausstattung über die Sauberkeit bis hin zur Atmosphäre – hier stimmt einfach alles. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Lage: Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert in alle Teile der Stadt gelangt. Ich kann das Downtown Apartments uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme bei meinem nächsten Berlin-Besuch sehr gerne wieder!

Loved staying at Tim's place! It was exactly how it is described. Super clean, updated, bright, spacious, cozy, comfortable bed, had everything I needed for my 2-week stay. Also great area, quiet but close to bars, restaurants, parks, and public transportation right around the corner. The area is so nice! Tim was also a great host. Would stay there again! Thank you!
