Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pankow

Clean, spacious, well provided and great location if you’re not wanting to stay right in the centre of Berlin. Recommend highly.

Meine Freunde und ich haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt. Matthias hat das Haus sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es gab vor Ort wirklich alles was wir brauchten, zB in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und die Anbindung zu dem Haus ist wirklich gut, vom Berliner Zentrum ist man mit der U-Bahn und dem Bus schnell beim Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Matthias war einfach, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Ich kann das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt in Berlin. Mit vielen schönen Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße, aber im Hinterhof, wo es wunderbar ruhig ist. Habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und schon den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht. Klare Weiterempfehlung

Tolles kleines Häuschen, mit perfekter Lage zur S-Bahn und damit ganz Berlin sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Das Haus entspricht 1:1 den Bildern. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten - über die Küchenausstattung inklusive Gewürzen, Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und es sind direkt vor der Tür Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Dana war schnell, freundlich und auch der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Klare Empfehlung!

Sehr gemütlicher Garten, der zum Verweilen einlädt; schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit Liebe zum Detail; lediglich Wasserdruck in den Sanitäranlagen ausbaubar; sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber; Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr nach 20 Uhr nur mit mittelweitem Fußweg möglich

Uitstekend appartement van een mede-Tarantino fan 😁. Ruime plek met een grote woonkamer met prima zit/ligbank, een voldoende grote slaapkamer met goed bed en tot slot een goed uitgeruste badkamer (bad en douche) en keuken. 4e etage maar de lift werkte altijd. Zorg wel dat je bij Rosenplatz metrostation uitkomt anders loop je vrij ver. De straat was behoorlijk druk, maar de grote ramen isoleren erg goed als ze dicht zijn. Meerdere restaurants in de buurt waar je prima kunt eten: On the Bone (duurder), La Galleria en zelfs Frittenwerk was ook prima om mee af te sluiten 😁. Maddalena is een prima host! Reistijd naar de meeste te bekijken plekken 20-30 minuten, zowel naar de te bezichtigen plekken (richting westen), Baja fietstour (Gleisdreieck), Kreuzberg (richting zuid) als Prenzlauerberg (richting oost-noord-oost). Maar we zaten goed in het midden (wijk Mitte, je verwacht het niet...). Een fiets of step regelen is wellicht nog wel beter, er zijn er genoeg te vinden in de stad.

A wonderful stay in a nice neighbourhood with easy access to all Berlin. We loved our time at Annette’s apartment, riding bikes and taking the tram into different parts of Berlin. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at Cornelius’ place as a family of four with two young (ish) children. Cornelius was very responsive and friendly from the moment we booked until we checked out, giving us flexibility on check in and check out to accommodate our flights. The apartment itself was amazing, spotless and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the balcony with incredible views across the city. It was an easy walk to public transport, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks. We will most definitely be back.

Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Berlin. Jakobs Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und super freundlich. Komme gerne wieder!

Sehr gut ausgestattete, grosse Wohnung. Bequeme Betten. Alles notwendige war vorhanden, aber nicht überladen. Technische Infrastruktur war top. Sehr gutes WLAN. Die Kommunikation mit Louis war tadellos. Er gab nützliche Tipps über Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Sehr gut gelegen, attraktive Umgebung, ÖV in kurzer Gehdistanz.

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt in der Wohnung von Lina und Oliver. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, obwohl wir sehr spät erst ankamen. Due Wohnung war extrem sauber. Obwohl sehr viel dekoriert ist und viele echte Pflanzen dort sind, findet sich kein einziges Staubkorn. Wir würden sofort wieder hier schlafen, wenn wir in Berlin sind ☺️ DANKE 😘

Max war sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert und hat sehr schnell auf etwaige Probleme reagiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross, schön eingerichtet und in einem ruhigen Innenhof. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Doppelbett ist eher klein.

Recomendamos mucho el alojamiento. Estuvimos 9 noches y nos sentimos realmente como en casa. El lugar es muy amplio, luminoso y cómodo (es más grande de lo que se aprecia en las fotos). La ducha es muy buena y la cama es cómoda. Tiene bastante lugar para guardar ropa, y una mesa amplia para trabajar. Fue fácil de llegar y entramos rápido con las indicaciones brindadas por los anfitriones. El barrio es seguro y lindo. La ubicación es muy buena porque está cerca de muchos medios de transporte (metro y trenes para ir a todos lados). Hay supermercados y restaurantes cerca. La comunicación con los anfitriones siempre fue rápida y amable, pudimos hacer el check in más temprano, y siempre respondieron todas nuestras dudas. No duden en alquilar este alojamiento. Sin dudas volveríamos. ¡Muchas gracias por recibirnos!

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. We had a lovely stay at Barbara’s place. It is a lovely building with traditional features. The flat was very clean and comfortable and Barbara has thought of most things to make your stay successful. It is close to a tram stop with easy access into the centre. There is a supermarket around the corner and many cafés and restaurants nearby. We had a very enjoyable 4 days in Berlin, thank you Barbara

C est la deuxième fois que nous résidons chez Simon, nous adorons cet appartement, spacieux, calme, très bien équipé, propre et très bien situé! Simon est un hôte sympathique, réactif et arrangeant! Nous reviendrons l année prochaine sans hésitation! Nous vous recommandons ce logement!

I don’t even know where to start. 100/5 stars. This was the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Erzsebet and Andreas are simply lovely. It really was like staying with my grandparents. There is a lovely garden and the location is super quiet, yet very convenient to the airport. I rode there in around 30 minutes. It takes about an hour on Public Transit to the city centre. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The kindness and generosity of the hosts is absolutely amazing. Maybe I looked skinny after 10 weeks of Bikepacking - food kept magically appearing. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options in the immediate area. No issues with me having a bicycle with me either.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Helmholtz Platz. Schöne Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung hat einen einzigartigen Vibe und ist Stilvoll eingerichtet, auf jeden Fall einen Besuch Wert. Matthias ist ein toller und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, which made it feel super welcoming and comfortable from the start. The location turned out to be surprisingly great—quiet but still really convenient to get around. What really stood out was the community vibe—it had a warm, friendly feel that made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!
