Super Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.... einfache Abwicklung und sehr zuvorkommend :) Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und empfehlenswert ... Der Strand ist zu Fuß nicht zu erreichen aber für diese tolle Unterkunft lohnt es sich allemal!!! Dankeschön

Really love the house. It is really cozy and spacious, although it only has 2 rooms, it can fit 17 persons or maybe more. The villa has a great landscape and a large pool area along with a relaxing area to chill by the pool. The villa itself is has a nice cozy big terrace and some of the rooms has large windows or even holes for ventilation so wild animals often to be seen inside the house. Overall, this villa is worth the shot for big families or large group of friends because the facilities (swimming pool, car port that fits 2 large vehicles, games for the users, hairdryer, aid kit, wifi, etc.) and the services are amazing.

Very clean, very nice townhouse. Design was perfect! Complete. Hopefully marbano estates can develop pangandaran&batu karas so worldwide travelers will feel comfy at here

Villanya sangat bagus dan bersih, pelayanan sangat ramah Kekurangannya : kamar mandi lumayan pengap walau ada sirkulasi udaranya, baiknya ada tambahan exhaust di kamar mandi akan lebih baik, kompor tidak bisa nyala walau sudah minta tolong untuk di lakukan pengecekan oleh pihak villa, dan ac kurang dingin🙏🏻

Plus point : - The place is clean, comfortable and far from noise. The furniture is quite complete (refrigerator, air conditioner, kitchen set, stove, dispenser, TV, internet, hot/cold water), we feel like at home. - 10 minutes to Pangandaran beach. Minus point : - We found a few small bugs in the kitchen area, looks like it needs occasional fogging. But that's a minor issue, not too bothersome. - Checkout at 11am, please consider at 12pm.

The house is very artistic; it’s so good. We were happy staying there with our family.

Beautiful spot, private, charming, well laid-out and lots of thoughtful touches. Could comfortably stay for some time cos it is set-up so well. Really comfortable beds and linen, water well-stocked. Looking forward to staying when reef season is on!

Super satisfied with the experience of staying in Selini vila. The vila with its beautiful garden is beyond expectation! Mas Rahmat is super helpful. Will be a frequent visitor should Pangandaran is not that far!

Ons verblijf in Villa Cambodja was heerlijk, We werden door Manfred en z’n vrouw verwelkomt. Het verblijf is zoals beschreven en is heerlijk rustig gelegen. Manfred heeft ons tips gegeven voor restaurants en dergelijke, ook was er de mogelijkheid scooters te huren! Wij raden Villa Cambodja ten zeerste aan bij andere reizigers welke in Pangandaran willen verblijven 👌🏻👌🏻

Very decent place to stay and enjoy your time in Batukaras! Beautiful view in front of the room and the food restaurant tastes so good! Big kudos to Lela for providing us a lots of good hospitality and did not disappoint us at all

This place is a hidden gem in Pangandaran. For those who prefer more secluded areas and private this is really perfect for u! The place looks alike the description and worth our money. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the water dispenser beeping a lot and can’t be used sometimes but it doesn’t really matter.
