Holiday rentals with lake access in Panamá Oeste Province

Gamboa is perfect for anyone wanting to see the rainforest. Compared to the traffic and crowds in Panama City, Gamboa is very peaceful and beautiful. The house is half of a duplex built by the US to support the canal and has nice touches added by the owner. There is a path next door to walk to the ‘town’ center which is a small restaurant and a shop. Plenty of nature attractions near by. In the back yard we saw iguanas, neques, frogs, bats, monkeys and birds. There are avocados trees and plantains growing in the back yard too.

Muy bien todo, el lugar , las actividades para hacer. Todo muy bien relación precio/calidad ya que nosotros éramos 8, habían 4 recámaras. Solo un mantenimiento final y quedaría aún mejor de lo que ya es, del resto en serio recomendado si son un grupo grande.

Pasamos 5 días maravillosos en familia. Tanto Gulnazi como Mike, súper amables y siempre atentos. Muy bueno el concepto de la cocina abierta con vista hacia la piscina. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y los baños limpios. El área de la piscina muy bonita y disfrutamos bastante. Buen WiFi, todo excelente!!! Seguro volveremos!!!

One of the best stays that I've had in Panamá. The Weber grill was a nice touch. I look forward to staying here again.

What an incredible stay we just had. This is our third time to Panama and our first in Gamboa and it was amazing. The home was gorgeous and spacious. The kid zone was a blast for both kids and adults. We went on a zip lining tour and the boat tour of the canal, monkey island and Embera tribe and they were worth every penny. Our 9-12 year olds felt safe and saw every animal on our wish list. Just an amazing adventure topped off by the privacy of our own home with a gorgeous pool. We just loved it. Thank you so much!!!

The home is Located in Playa Dorada Residential Complex is a double gated community with amenities like a pool area and a artificial lake salt water for kayak really nice included in the listing for up to 4 guest ( if you got more you can paid additional ) so the rest can enjoy as well. There are a 2 restaurants on site with really good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner also a small mini market for anything that you might need. The outside road going into the property is under construction but is not a problem at all ( is almost doing and they are adding some commercial plazas ) . About 10 minutes drive from the property you got Westland Mall for anything that you might need including movie theater food court with lot of options. As far of the property I totally recommend this place felt safe , well equipped with AC , tv , washer ( no dryer ) , not hot water ( but owner is working on it) , also beach in property is not the best .But overall amazing place to stay . Nos encantó el lugar, fuimos un grupo de amigas y disfrutamos muchísimo con todas las áreas que tenía de esparcimiento! El anfitrión muy amable!

Een meer dan hartelijke ontvangst en welkom door Katherine (en Michel). Ruimschootse uitleg over het appartement en ook gelijk tips over activiteiten in de omgeving. Auto wel noodzakelijk. Geen voorzieningen zoals winkels in de directe omgeving, dus neem voldoende eten en drinken mee. Aangename temperatuur door ligging in de kratervallei. Complex ligt wat geïsoleerd, maar wel absolute rust. Michel en Katherine wonen er ook, maar het appartement ligt privé, dus geen last van elkaar. Wij komen graag nog een keertje terug.

10/10. Both George & Cindy was a blessing. Their home away from home was more than what is seen. Very much superseded expectations. Easy & attention to details, providing the basic necessities was awesome until we get to the Super. The views, the oceans, the rivers, the seas, the people & neighborhood was fantastic & fabulous. The fruit vendors & local restaurants & local eateries were fabulous. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay & enjoy the scenery & just relax, sleep outside if you desire, enjoy the sounds of the ocean, the changes each day with the river & seas; plus the sunrise & sunset is breathtakingly awesome. Most importantly, Mr. George and Mrs. Cindy are very responsive to your concerns or just check-in on u; they took the time from the city to bring me a ethernet cord, more towels & sheets, to introduce ourselves to each other. This loving kindness is instill & it can be seen, felt without saying anything. I thank George & Cindy for their accommodation, I will 100% return

Fue un alojamiento muy propicio para viaje de turismo, muy seguro, frente al mar, bien acondicionado para viajeros. La señora Trigidia es muy amable, estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante todo el tiempo de alojamiento

Me encantó el lugar y la atención de Diana....

El Royal Palm sigue siendo mi lugar de descanso favorito, se pasa muy bien en familia. El apartamento de Charlie tiene una vista espectacular a las montañas y playa, muy bien amoblado y decorado. Los chicos que te atienden a la llegada son muy amables y te hacen sentir como en casa. Charlie es una excelente anfitriona, siempre estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera bien con nuestra estadía.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos fue bien. 🌟 La vista al mar es simplemente es bella, especialmente al amanecer 🌅. La decoración es acogedora, y todo estaba limpio. 🧹 El apartamento esta a unos 5 minutos caminando a la playa 🏝️, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de días de paseos al atardecer. Además, Roberto es amable y atento, asegurándose de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos durante nuestra estancia. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque un lugar tranquilo cerca de la playa para disfrutar con la familia. ¡Definitivamente volveremos! 🙌

Buena opción para pasar días tranquilos en familia

El alojamiento de Miriam estaba muy bien. Habia alguien disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier problema y ella responde bastante rapido.

We zochten een typisch Panamees huisje om in te verblijven en dat is het huisje van Elisabeth haar grootouders zeker. De ontbijten in de tuin waren heerlijk, en de kinderen vonden de rivier in de achtertuin geweldig om in te vissen. De inrichting van het huisje was uiterst basic, met eenvoudige bedden en een kleine badkamer, maar alles was aanwezig. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf, temeer omdat alles om wandelafstand lag. In dit huisje vind je geen luxe of absolute confort, maar wel een authentieke ervaring.

Excelente alojamiento. Excelente atención del anfitrión. Todo lo necesario en la casa para tu estadía. La temperatura llego a estar hasta en 15 grados en la noche. Definitivamente regresaría y lo recomendaría!

We had a great 3 nights at Panalake. Arenosa is very easy to access from the city with only a short section of the last part being good quality gravel. Sam was on hand to welcome us and was very friendly and accommodating. Any issues we had were addressed straight away. The lodge is basic but functional with pretty much everything you need. Bottled drinking water is provided which is a great help. The location is the highlight: we stayed in Lodge 2 which has a spacious deck stretching out over the water, and the deck and room itself has fantastic views over the lake, especially beautiful as the sun rises in the morning. Our kids were kept constantly entertained with swimming in the bay and using the various watercraft which are available free of charge for guests. They can also arrange fishing charter if you are interested. All in all we had a wonderful trip and have already booked to go back!

100000% Recomendado, El lugar es excelente para estar en familia y amistades, toda la casa bien organizada, comoda, limpia, tiene todo lo que uno necesita para cocinar, nos sentimos en casa, es un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro principalmente, las rondas de seguridad se hizo sentir, sin duda fue una experiencia muy agradable, les recomiendo visitar la casa "nuestra" de la señora Zuleika.
