House is very clean and good hospitality from family. I strongly recommand this place. Smolyan town is also lovely. There is good taste and price restaurant alot.

Чудесен апартамент! Близо до центъра! Напълно обзаведен и за по-дълъг престой! Домъкинът бе помислил за много детайли включително и за паркомясто! Много романтично (имаше и коледна украса) и с чудесна гледка към планината! Удобни легла с подходящи завивки за зимата. Имаше и много интересни книги за всички възрасти и на различни езици! Малък недостатък е липсата на асансьор в сградата (трудно за малки деца и багаж), но гледката и атмосферата напълно ни накараха да се чувстваме като у дома!

Nice apartment. Very warm. Well-maintained common areas, cleaned every day. Good location - 5-6 minutes walk from the ski center. Plenty of parking spaces. There was also an option for paid parking for 15 BGN per day. Daniel was very responsive throughout the entire time. We recommend it.

Прекарахме чудесна седмица в апартамента на Георги. Пристигнахме с 3 деца, апартамента беше топъл , чист и подреден и нищо не ни липсваше. Има много хубава тераса с гледка към планината . Апартамента е част от апартхотел на 3 мин пеш от Смолянските езера. В ресторанта може да си доплатите за закуска и обядвате/вечеряте. Можете да ползвате ,свободно шейни, детски кът, фитнес, тенис маса и джаги или да си доплатите за да ползвате басейн, сауна и парна баня. Дойдохме с 3 деца и нито за момент не са скучали. Георги отговаряше веднага и ни помогна, когато се наложи. Силно препоръчвам и бихме се върнали отново!

There is no better place to stay at while in Smolyan! The apartment is the cleanest place we have ever been to! It is spacious, bright and has all kinds of amenities. Everything is new, the place is spotless. Galya was very kind and responsive, the location is ideal near the river with a beautiful view of the mountains. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! ❤️

Много уютно студио, както и очаквахме. Беше чисто и тихо местенце. Въпреки името си Зимна приказка е чудесно и за лятна почивка :) Дияна беше много точна и мила, за което благодаря. До нови срещи, Дияна. За нас беше удоволствие :)

Perfect location with great view. Vessy was very polite and helpful. The apartment was extremely clean and fully equipped. The kitchen was fully equipped as well. In the building yard there are 15 free parking slots. WiFi was excellent. It is near to museums, planetarium, grocery shops, restaurants, etc...

Уютно, чисто и приятно място с всички необходими удобства. Хостът беше отзивчив и отговаряше бързо на въпросите ни. Препоръчвам!

Страхотно място за отсядане в Пампорово, прекрасна гледка, чисто, удобно и уютно. Камината беше запалена за наше удобство от домакина и при пристигането ни апартаментът беше топъл. Много лесна комуникация и отзивчив домакин. Апартаментът е напълно достатъчен за отсядане на 4 човека (ние бяхме и с куче) и разполага със всичко необходимо. Препоръчвам!

Изкарахме страхотно. Мястото е на много удобна локация, има всичко необходимо. Не ни е липсвало нищо. Домакинът беше отзивчив и приветлив. Предложиха ни и място, където да оставим ски екипировка.

Myself am my partner stayed here for 10 days and we couldn’t have been happier with the place. It’s spacious, even with some slanted walls, has all the correct utensils for cooking if we didn’t feel like eating out, the views were beautiful, sunrise sunshine flooding the apartment every morning. Jody was readily available if we needed anything sorting, and Ivan the caretaker was very sweet and around when we needed him too. This place should get more credit it really is a great stay. I had been slightly doubting from some of the reviews but there was absolutely nothing to worry about.

The place is beautiful! We felt right at home. Yan had prepares the fireplace, the view to the slopes is stunning. I am recommending it to all my close friends and family! Thank you, Yan!

We had a wonderful stay at Izabella’s place,even it was just for the night. The location is in quiet neighborhood,the apartment is super clean and well climatized. We will definitely stay for long if we are nearby. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate.

Great place for a mountainous getaway! Super relaxing, nice hikes close by, short drive to beautiful Smolyan and has a nice spa! The place was clean, comfortable and inviting!

Really recommending this place! The apartment was really great, spacious and clean, with a very well equipped kitchen. The rooms were big and comfortable ,every one with their own balcony providing a breathtaking view. The hosts, Kevin and Yordan were really helpful, they replied quickly at all our questions and assured our stay at the apartment to be excellent. Thank you both!

Beautifully decorated nordic themed apartment, within what seems to be an old hotel. Clean enough and had what we needed for making a meal. Bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be woken by the early morning light as theres no blinds or curtains - beautiful views though and lots of parking. Sadly the hot tub wasn’t working so if your booking for the hot tub, as we were, then I’d check with the host to make sure it’s working.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum für Menschen, die Ruhe und Natur lieben. Gut zu erreichen , in der Nähe von vielen sehenswerten Zielen und mit der Natur vor der Türe. Die Wohnung hat eine praktische Einteilung - alles ist da - Küche , Essbereich, Schlafzimmer , ohne unnötige Platzverschwendung. Der Besitzer ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der jederzeit zu erreichen war, Wir werden immer wieder gerne kommen und weiterempfehlen.Danke Plamen !
