Alejandra’s place was absolutely amazing! It was so safe for a solo traveller. The gated community gave me a peace of mind, the pool was clean and quiet and everyone was so nice. It was perfectly located and super easy to find. This was probably the best air b&b I’ve ever stayed in and I will be back!

Ara finished building recently next door to her house. It is perfect for 2 or 3 people. Views are breathtaking. House is immaculate and well curated with style, culture and everything we needed. We went to several world class beaches very close by. Ara is a superb host and had lots of snacks, drinks and things one might want after travel ready for us upon arrival. It was a great experience! Thank you!

I live in a small town an hour North, so I know the area well. Just needed a spot to relax closer to the airport for travel arrangements. The location is great, it's very close to everything you need, but not in the middle of the hotel zone. There are many restaurants, groceries - really anything you need - very nearby. And the access to the beach is a very short trip across the road. The views from the balconies are incredible, the condo is spotlessly clean, the communication was incredible, and the pool was empty the whole time I was there and very clean and well cared for. There are a lot of stairs, as was mentioned in the description, but I found this to be a good thing after a nice big lunch at 7 Seas oceanfront restaurant just up the street on the beach (highly recommend - also listed under restaurant options). If you want something casual that lets you feel like you live in Cabo, this is the spot!

Our group had a spectacular time here. The amenities are truly top tier. The gym was fantastic. The pool is gorgeous. The poolside bar and restaurant was so nice to have. The rooftop w the fire pit and view was so special. We rented the golf cart for $50/day and zipped around the whole complex w ease. Palmilla beach is close by and absolutely gorgeous. Rob&Jen were very communicative and helped us w any issues we had. Highly recommend for a fun group or family vacation!

We were nervous about traveling intn’l the first time with our kids and the current climate amplified our worries. Julia’s on point recs and prompt replies were so helpful to ease our concerns. Our family of 5 age 5-12 fit very well in the space. The condo has windows facing the ocean and a fantastic breeze through is created that is heaven coming from the pool or a sweaty walk as you enjoy the desert meets ocean view. Also the beach, while a short drive, is extremely beautiful and feels very exclusive. We went every day & saw alot of wildlife but the undertow was strong for my 5 year old. We really enjoyed meals and exploring San Jose- we loved this location over the resort areas and a rental car is very useful here. One surprise was the road noise from the highway, it was unexpected based on the photos; it didn’t impact our experience but was noticeable in the bedrooms with the windows open not so much on the balcony. Overall great place with priceless guidance from Julia.

Yes it’s true; all the 5 star reviews regarding this property and the host are legit :) Ben is an awesome communicator and an accommodating and gracious host. The apartment is very well equipped (one of the “tells” is stainless steel kitchen stuff - Ben did not skimp and we made regular use of his coffee machine). A Million dollar location right on the beach, the roaring sound of the ocean and incredible sea views from the balcony are all part of the package. High speed WiFi was available to take care of any work related stuff. For transportation, Ben advised that he has a trusted driver who can take care of airport related transfers and that worked out well. Ben also suggested that Uber would be a sound choice instead of renting a car. The latter was a great tip since the Uber network in the area is excellent with most trips to outstanding restaurants costing USD5 to 7. Una vista espectacular. El alojamiento tiene una vista verdaderamente espectacular y una ubicación excelente. Las instalaciones están limpias, bien equipadas y en general fue una buena experiencia. El lugar tiene mucho potencial, Un lugar espectacular con una vista inigualable. La experiencia fue excelente desde el primer momento. El alojamiento está impecable, muy bien ubicado y perfectamente equipado para disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y relajada. Cada rincón está cuidado con buen gusto, y la tranquilidad del entorno hace que realmente puedas desconectarte y disfrutar. Sin duda, uno de esos lugares a los que quieres volver. Altamente recomendado para quienes buscan descanso, comodidad y una vista impresionante. ¡Gracias por todo!
