Beachfront holiday rentals in Palmilla

Laura is as very hospitable! She made the stay in Cabo very easy and would recommend staying there. Her place is very homey with a cute little music vibe going on. Additionally, it’s a walking distance from the Mariana so it’s extra convenient. Our trip to Cabo was very short and we hope to return to Laura’s place.

The apartment is all you need when you go to Los Cabos. It has an excellent location. There are malls nearby, there is a beach two blocks away, the place is very quiet and safe. Deborah was attentive to us at all times, she responds to messages in a very short time and the directions are very accurate. I highly recommend the place.

Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

I had the BEST stay here. It was peaceful & the place looked even more beautiful than the photos. There was a stunning view of the beach, it was very peaceful, I alternated between sleeping outside under the stars and sleeping inside with the AC. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful beach vacation. I walked to hotel Ganzo one day (a 5 min walk) and had the most fun at their beach club. Ubers were so cheap and I went to restaurants nearby and downtown for the art walk (highly recommend that too!). One of my favorite vacations & if I’m ever back in Cabo, I would stay here again! Joann is by far the best Airbnb host we have ever had!! Cass and Joann are so friendly and welcoming. We immensely enjoyed our stay at casa Juanita. We used the chef services provided by Elizabeth, Saul and Isela. They are so kind, accommodating, and the food was exceptional! Great experience for every meal we had. The hospitality that we received from everyone was what made our experience so memorable!! Can’t wait to go back to Casa Juanita!! Thank you for such a great week!

Great location, the pools are so close, and we loved the few minute walk to the beach; beach was not swimmable at the time (red flag, and rocks), yet not sure if this is normal? The kitchen fit our needs for all cooking, and the space was perfect for 2 people. Communication was excellent and very fast! Loved the beach towels and umbrella/chairs. A few walkable restaurants ($$$), and can walk to the supermarket (across a highway) or a cheap Uber ride. A few small uncontrollable things: construction at the pool and right next door so not quiet during the day, but that was just during our time, and it may be completed soon? If you’re a light/sensitive sleeper, maybe earplugs due to hearing neighbors. Also, some transportation is not allowed for pick up or drop off in the area, which caused some issues, but if you have your own car, you’ll be fine! Overall, beautiful.

The lodging is very good, completely new and very well equipped house. We had a small problem at the beginning but Anna solved it quickly.

The condo was spotless and had an amazing view of the ocean! The pool was wonderful as was the condo itself! Spacious kitchen and bedrooms, very clean and stocked with amenities. I will definitely come back!!

Nice building, nice staff, fun beach, nice pool. Great security and very safe feeling. Condo well appointed, we really enjoyed it. Not in the hotel zone, but close, which was a plus for us. Restaurant just a walk down the beach.

Malissa's place was just what we were looking for: a place right on the beach to return to after a 3-day music festival that was peaceful and quiet to help recharge for the next day. We booked 1 day before the festival and a couple days after, and it was such a nice space that we wished we could've booked a few more days. Another plus was that it was easy and inexpensive to Uber back and forth from the venue. We really loved the wraparound balcony and being high up on the 3rd floor with an amazing view of the ocean, and I found it hard not to stay in the wonderful swinging chair the entire time :) The grounds are well maintained and absolutely gorgeous with lots of pretty palms and flowering plants. The layout was spacious and full of shelving and nooks and crannies to spread out a bit with your luggage. Very comfy furniture, lots of room for 2 people to relax, and a very comfortable bed. I got my ocean fix, thank you!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. We were in San Jose for a wedding and this place was the perfect location to stay. The villa was perfect and just like the pictures. The view sitting on back porch is outstanding. The view at night seeing the city lights and hearing the waves crash was so peaceful. We really enjoyed the infinity pool at the villas. Had the pool to ourselves and perfect location to watch the golfers. We did pay for option to the beach club and it was very nice. Used Uber to get there and back. It is about a 3/4 mile walk but coming back is all up hill. You can rent a golf cart from an off-site location but Uber was better price. Uber drivers park outside of main gate waiting on calls so we never had to wait long for drivers. We ate most meals in town and about a 10 min drive. Also, place is very safe as you have to go thru 2 security gates to get to villa. If we ever come back to San Jose del Cabo we will definitely stay here.

Our stay at Nicole’s condo at Mykonos was wonderful! Nicole was great at answering my questions and letting me know it would feel like staying at any other resort, no need to bring anything extra. She was right! Everything you’d need at a beach condo was supplied: fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, games, comfortable furniture inside and on the three porches! We loved how quiet the whole resort was and very well maintained. It was in a good location, a quick car ride to downtown San Jose or Cabo San Lucas! There are several beach restaurants in walking distance from the condo, and others just a short drive away. Again, Nicole was a great host, very flexible with our check-in and check-out times and super helpful with suggestions in her house manual. We will definitely be back and would stay in her condo again!

Amazing stay. Calm beach with Zippers surf spot right out front. The condo was immaculately clean and well spaced out. The lobby and pool have a private boutique resort feel which were also extremely well maintained. Guards, janitors all very friendly.

We had an amazing stay at the condo. Great place with everything we needed. Beautiful views and convenient location. We stayed already 3 times at Soleado and definitely coming back! Close to everything, all the restaurants, town and ocean. We always recommend this place to all our friends. Thank you so much!

Kylie’s place was fantastic. Right on the ocean, great restaurants within walking distance. She responded quickly to all our questions, and we loved that it came with surfboards so we didn’t have to rent. Street noise was not an issue, we barely even noticed it. Balcony was stunning.

Beautiful place. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Steps to the pool was nice. Little hard to find at first but not bad. If you have guests in the second bedroom, there is a lot of street noise. So be prepared. We loved it for ourselves but not sure we’d have guest again.

A quiet, secure condo complex with lovely, well kept grounds and very helpful, friendly security personal. The condo was pretty, well appointed, and very clean. A patio overlooking the ocean was a bonus for sure, watching the huge surf in the evening sunset was beautiful. The pool area had lots of sun and shade so one could relax where they were comfortable. We were not bothered at all from the music of the resort right next door. They were very respectful of the levels. (I am only mentioning this as there were comments made in some reviews about the terrible noise level at this resort.) It is a bit of a hike to the grocery store and restaurants but we walked there and took an Uber to return . The Uber service was excellent. Our host was responsive and instructions for the condo and resort were clear. It would have been helpful to have recommendations for dining out in the condo manual. We found our whole stay excellent! The condo is located in one of the most desirable communities of Los Cabos. My husband and I found the condo to be very private, clean & comfortable. The view of the Sea of Cortez is amazing from the very large, beautifully appointed patio. The location is ideal conveniently located near shopping and wonderful restaurants. We chose not to rent a car. The beach is an easy ten minute walk. Uber was used when needed and was very affordable and convenient. Pedro was exceptional to work with. Coming back to the place we got married at 20 years ago was indescribably special. We lived the Arbnb and I highly recommend renting this space. Beachfront views, whale watching while sipping coffee. We had the best time!

Great place to stay, check in with smooth and had security so felt super safe. Great area definitely would stay again.

We had a great time at Matthew’s place. I had jet lag and the super comfortable beds were a big help. The location was perfect and we are in Matthew’s recommended restaurants and they were great. We’ll be back for longer next time!
