Olga's appartement was a little quiet paredise in the chaos that is Santo Domingo and Pedro Brand. Olga made us feel very welcome by turning the AC on in advance. The appartement is roomy and luxurious and has everything you need when you come home from a long day being a tourist. Olga helped us wherever she could to make our stay in the appartement more pleasurable.

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

the place is nice and comfortable lots of space the view is beautiful the terrace you could just sit and relax. supermarket is close there a restaurant next to the place with they have good food we enjoy that. now if you have knee problems or can't go up stairs than this place is not for you. other wise we loved it there was 5 of us in the apartment only one of the room don't have air-conditioned the other 2 have.

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

This place was perfect for my family, first time visiting the south of the country. Everything was as described, beautiful, spacious and let’s not forget the rooftop terrace.

Everytime I'm in Santo Domingo I stay at Jormy's. I highly recommend him as a great host and his home is very nice in a very quiet safe neighborhood. 5 stars as always!

ultra modern apartment looks better in person than on pictures . it is located in a upscale community, I could not find one negative about this apartment, definitely would recommend and definitely want to stay there again on my next visit .

El alojamiento se encuentra en un edificio seguro, con lobby 24 horas, a solo unos pasos de Downtown Center, un centro comercial con restaurantes y supermercados, ideal tanto para disfrutar como para hacer diligencias también pocos minutos se encuentra el parque mirador Sur ideal para caminar .El apartamento estaba bien acondicionado para mi estancia y muy bien equipado. Sin duda, volvería de nuevo. Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron atentos para responder cualquier inquietud. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme con ellos. Me sentí como en casa cabe destacar el edificio tiene muy buen Gimnasio y se siente un ambiente familiar.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and it is a walking distance from Downtown center which has all the restaurants and stores you can think of. Claudio provided a very detailed guide of restaurants and places to shop and sights to see in Santo Domingo. Also Claudio was very responsive to any questions I had during my stay. Very clean place and it is located in a very safe neighborhood I would highly recommend this place.
