Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Take a holiday in a 2021 renovated and well-equipped apartment. The apartment consists of an open plan, spacious and bright room with an open kitchen. Walk the steep coast, take a sup tour on the Kiel Förde, or enjoy a coffee at one of the many restaurants on the beach. Beach and promenade are right outside.
