One of the most beautiful villas I have ever been to. It’s a bit far from Ubud’s center and noise, but 20 mins away by car. It took me awhile to adjust to the living room (that is completely open to the garden) as I thought had windows, but with time I fell in love with it. Desak was sweet and welcoming, prepared us the best balinese dinner and yummy breakfasts every day. I’m already thinking of the next time I can come back to this place. Exactly like the photos displayed!

We felt very comfortable in Caroline's loft! The open floor plan is definitely something special and something you have to get used to – we enjoyed it very much with all the bells and whistles 😉. The whole team around Caroline is great. Desak, the housekeeper, is there to help with any questions, and her cooking skills are unique. An idyllic neighborhood, not within walking distance, but close to bustling Ubud.

We spent 10 wonderful days in Caroline's house with our two children. The house is located in a very quiet area, in a beautiful village near Ubud. We were happy to return to the calm of the house after the hustle and bustle of the city. We really liked the fact that the living room was completely open to nature. We felt like we were looking at a living painting as soon as we sat down on the sofa. We recommend eyes a second thought!

Loft Ithaka is an awesome, cozy and lovely oasis at which you can truly relax and savor the nature and culture of Bali. Located in Pejeng, next to Ubud, it was the perfect base to start our trips, but also to stay out of the crowded life in Ubud. Therefore, it was really the perfect location for us and our kids to start our vacation on Bali. The team was simply awesome and supported us with every question we had. Desak is a truly lovely and engaged person who made our stay simply perfect. One evening we had also the chance that Desak provided a Balinese dinner for us, which was pretty fantastic. Thanks to the fantastic team and great house, we absolutely loved our stay here and would be glad to come back!
