…Overall a rejuvenating experience, in the lapse of nature, did pottery too at extra cost, lovely host and staff goes above and beyond to make u feel at ease.…

…The property holds remarkable potential. It’s located at an offbeat route, surrounded by greens and the architecture is beautiful and old school too.

But the maintenance, the service, the overall cleanliness, being constantly short on labour, having a trainee cook us food (self-admittedly), which was barely edible, it made the experience really poor.

The washroom stank, the toilet roll was dirty, the room smelt of dampness. While the one on the top felt airy, the room at the bottom was stuffy. Even the mattress was different.…

…Kaaya was a beautiful place to stay in! The loft was wonderful and had spectacular views. The location is an hour from Dehradun and is very peaceful and amidst nature! We had a fantastic stay there.…
