The staff is very accommodating. My family arrived at 8pm and they were still able to assist during check-in. The interior is very nice, and clean and with lots of activities which my family enjoyed. Less one star because of the unreasonable P700 parking fee for one night. That is too much!

We stayed here for an event nearby, and the location was very convenient and accessible. However, upon arrival, we noticed a foul smell in the bedrooms and sticky floors. Later, we found the blankets also smelled unpleasant, and there was trash stuck in the sofa. We informed the owner, but the concern was brushed off. I messaged the host and only received a reply the next morning. The most frustrating part was being repeatedly questioned about a missing towel. I explained several times that we genuinely did not know where it was, yet we continued to be asked about it. I shared my concerns respectfully, but both the caretaker and owner seemed defensive instead of acknowledging the issues. Despite the hygiene concerns, I would still have considered leaving a higher rating if the situation had been handled more professionally and respectfully. Unfortunately, the way our concerns were addressed left us disappointed overall.

Host is very accommodating

Great stay! The host was legit, very responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything was smooth from booking to checkout. The place looked exactly like the photos and was perfect for attending events in MOA Arena. Overall, 10/10 ~~would definitely stay again.
