The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all ocean front with a large deck for relaxing and enjoying the views. The first bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with an adjoining full bath. The master has a queen sized bed with a private en suite bath. Private beach access as well as outdoor shower and parking included. Non-smoking unit, no pets allowed.

Oceanfront Condo Dog Friendly! Relax at the Reefs!

Oceanfront condo just steps from the beach! Third floor, no elevator but it is worth every step! This unit has amazing unobstructed views of the ocean/beach all day. Located halfway between the pier and the boardwalk makes this spot just right. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable $125 fee for one dog and $200 for 2 dogs. Cats are not allowed. We have stocked it with kitchen essentials, toilet paper, paper towels, hand and laundry soap, shampoo, body wash. Sheets and towels provided!

This custom LUXURIOUS 1-bedroom oceanfront sleeps 4 w/pull-out couch and is completely NEW inside. This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.
