We booked for 8 people to celebrate our 60th birthday together and enjoy 4 days in a peaceful and green place. Beautiful region. Very nice home. Clean. Very well equipped in each room. Necessary in every respect. No neighbors. Very good Bedding. Very comfortable living room. Garden lounge areas, garden table area, BBQ, swimming pool turned on 2 days before the scheduled date to be nice to us… DAVE and DEBBYE are very attentive. I highly recommend this listing! I chose this Airbnb for a week away to celebrate my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Marloes and Olav were incredibly welcoming hosts, from the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The Airbnb itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. The area is stunning, peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close to nearby towns with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to explore. The facilities were great, everything was exactly as described, and more. Marloes was always just a message away and super helpful throughout my stay, which made everything even more relaxing. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in a beautiful location. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a very good weekend with friends, the cottage is fully equipped, quiet and well located, the garden is a real haven of peace and communication with the owners is simple and pleasant, nothing to say we would love to come back.

We recommend Elisabeth's cottage, it is located in a quiet environment, it is well equipped and decorated with care. The swimming pool, bocce court and games room are a real plus. Élisabeth is very attentive to her hosts. We had a lovely weekend with the family in this refreshing place.

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We were delighted by the spaciousness of the rooms. We were able to sit together at the table indoors and outdoors, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We used the pool and were able to create a cinema evening thanks to the screen and projector. Bertrand was very helpful

Another unoccupied accommodation currently under renovation in the same courtyard does not pose a neighborhood concern. The property is completely enclosed, which allows dogs to be safe. The house is really very welcoming, we loved it, it has a closed garden which is very good when you go there with children. The exchanges with Pierre were very friendly, he was very responsive and very precise in the description and recommendations for the accommodation. The house is very well located, there are beautiful activities to do with the Lac des Settons which is not far and beautiful walks to do along the Cure. We'll be happy to go back.

Very good stay in Audrey's cottage! The cottage is super well-equipped, and Audrey is welcoming and flexible on schedules. There are many nice places within 30 minutes' drive.

We really liked the place for a summer visit. The area is beautiful for hikes and it is really central to visit towns and villages.

Our stay could not have been better. Jenny is lovely, and helpful in every way. She went above and beyond, however, when she picked up some much needed dog food for us in Dijon. The house is beautifully decorated, well outfitted, and so charming. The area is quiet, in a wonderful way, but within driving distance of many wonderful sights, and close enough to Beaune, Dijon, and the Burgundy wine route to make them very doable day trips. Nearby Epoisses has a not to be missed Fromagerie and great bakery. Jenny even arranged a Resistance tour for us, with a local guide, Tim. It was excellent.

Cozy accommodation in a very quiet village and 10 minutes from Lake Settons. Very clean and complete in terms of equipment. Easy to find key box, and wood for the stove.

A very beautiful wooden house with 4 bedrooms in a peaceful environment. Sébastien is adorable. It's rare to have a host of this quality. I also recommend Anne Sophie at the bistro in the park 300 meters away.

The house was great, if you like these typical old houses, then this house is just right. Robert is a great person, he has great ideas, if something is missing, he gives good tips for excursions in the area and is also otherwise just a super helpful host, just like his wife! The surroundings are very beautiful, but the demands on companies are very different. I personally rode my bike a bit through the woods and we walked to the surrounding old churches. However, it is not soooo exciting in the immediate vicinity. Old churches, old walls, those who like these things naturally have a relatively large selection. With small children, the selection is rather limited, at least in bad weather. Overall, a stay there is worthwhile if it takes place in good weather and you know how to make the most of it. Otherwise, the house also offers beautiful opportunities for romantic time by the fire!

We had a great stay at Philippe and Jennifer's. They are very kind, discreet and attentive hosts. We had a great welcome from Philippe, with gourmet welcome gifts. The house is cozy, tastefully decorated and has everything you need and more. The bedding is of good quality. We took advantage of the huge garden to "laze around" and rest. The White House of the Lake is a gem of the Morvan. The location is ideal for recharging and reconnecting with nature. Ideal for VVT in the sense that there are many kilometers on the path, very little road. No overlook with a very nice view. Special mention for the bedding and bed linen, which are perfect The little extra and not least: the owners provide a canoe for a ride on the lake, it's great. Great place well spacious and functional. Beautiful environment, minutes away from beautiful walks. Chantal and André are very welcoming and looking for friendly exchange while respecting the privacy of their visitors.

My wife and I stayed here for 8 days together with our 3 Chihuahuas. Angelique is very friendly and attentive and immediately gives you a welcome feeling. For example, she had placed an extra bar under the entrance gate to make sure that even small dogs could not escape. The gite is small but nice. A good bed and nice bathroom a great kitchen. Everything you need is present including a lovely wood stove. All this in an authentic French atmosphere. A beautiful view and absolute peace. The area is beautiful. Suitable for those seeking peace and quiet and people who love nature. In the morning, a lovely walk to the shop for fresh bread and a chat. Friendly people. No stress. It's like going back in time! We had a wonderful time
