L' appartement est très propre, ensoleillé, et équipé du nécessaire. la construction est très moderne mais en gardant bien sûre l'aspect traditionnel.

Villa DAR MAIA is a pleasant accommodation on the ground floor of a villa located in the driveway of the large beach. It offers a direct view of the vegetated dunes and direct access to the beach. From there, there is plenty of opportunity for walks, either south along the ocean crest path leading to the beach of Kuram Addaîf; or north, through the lagoon and wetland with its preserved fauna and flora and natural landscapes.

Ground floor completely repainted at the end of 2018, Moroccan living room refurbished. Finally, in February 2019, a pergola transformed the upper terrace.
