The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

En nybyggd stuga med plats för många, i lugnt område med 3 km från Luleå centrum. Huset är barnvänligt och rymmer större sällskap kortare perioder och mindre sällskap längre perioder. Värmereglage på väggen med golvvärme i alla rum. God ventilation! Uteplats, tillgång till gård och friluftsområden. Närhet till affär och kiosk. säg till så guidar vi eller tipsar om platser! Ormbergets friluftsområde finns 10 minuters promenad från boendet likaså Skurholmsberget. lugnt, tyst med fin utsikt!

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Welcome to Fisherman`s Cottage by the Luleå Bay in beautiful woods with a private beach. 12 km from Town Center, 4 km from Luleå Airport and 100 Km south of the arctic circle. Location in a habitat visited by some forty bird species which 15 regularly breeding, e.g. European Hobby, raven, various woodpeckers, terns, waterfowl and sandpiper. Occasionall visits by moose, seal, trout - and we have even had bear and reindeer in front of our cottages.

Quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment building. All new kitchen. free parking in the neighborhood behind the building or across the street from the building not on the property. the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator.

Ihana majoituspaikka. Therese oli todella joustava ja ystävällinen❤️ Asunto oli puhdas sekä sieltä löytyi kaikki mitä tarvitsi yhden yön majoitukseen. Kohde vastasi kuvausta ja sisälsi vielä kuvien ulkopuolelta ”meikkihuoneen”. Palaamme tänne ehdottomasti jos Luleåån lähdemme.
